You have to ask whether the administrators will wait for regulatory clearance.
I doubt it,which is why Garmin made a desperate but probably futile attempt to buy the co.

As announced earlier today, Raymarine's banking syndicate informed the Company late last night that they were not willing to grant a further waiver of its current non-compliance with its covenants. The Company has now received a formal written demand from its banking syndicate, whereby the banking syndicate have declared that all loans outstanding under the Raymarine group's banking facilities are immediately due and payable. The Company has advised the banking syndicate that it is unable to meet this demand.



The banking syndicate has now informed the Company that it is taking steps to have an administrator appointed to Raymarine plc and, in accordance with the Listing Rules and the usual practices of the UKLA, the Board has requested that trading in the Company's shares be suspended. It is not anticipated that any other company in the Raymarine group will enter into administrati

I cant believe people actually believe they were going to get 35p per share, LOL. I think you may have seen the last of your cash here. If you didnt sell before suspension it was obvious what was going to happen.

This is going to have to be run by administrators whilst they wait for Garmins clearence and or the other 3rd party.

I couldn't tell you what will be left for share holders. One things for sure, assuming all goes well, it will take a long time to get paid imo.

He was the one who said it was "criminal" to suggest there would be a bid for the company. The next day the shares rose 100%.

They wont have any working capital, whos going to pay the staffs wages next week, let alone daily invoices due. Hell I doubt theres even any change in the petty cash tin for a pint of milk right now.
