Just avoided them.


Far too illiquid for starters.




Garmin are in effect bidding £107 million for this loss maker,lets hope their legal team are right about the competition authorities.

Wow, it goes to show that a company that makes quality equipment, but has terrible management, has some value (after the management says there will be little or no value for shareholders).

Still seems a shame 15p for Raymarine when it was above 300p not two years ago, Garmin will be getting a bargain here. Well done to the brave holders who stayed in and averaged down.

well done guys, i feel sorry thou for the people that held at 10p+ and sold out at like 4p on recent rns, dont feel sorry for the shorters on this thou, they have got burned big time it seems, could go up alot more tomorrow am with shorters being forced to close and buying shares back, especially as i dont think there will be many selleres, as rns came out late and alot missed the chance to get out at close or in auction, gl all.

My plan would be to sell my investment and then keep all the free shares to sell at the increased offer....that way I cannot lose ;-)

Just come home from a pleasant day in Dornoch.......can some one give me a pinch and wake me up.......does that mean my £15k holding at av 6p is worth an ice cream or so?.....flogged a load of TW. BDEV CNT this morning as I feared the worse next week for the hung government...used a couple of grand to pick a few more of these up first thing!!! :-)

You are right, unless you hold this, avoid it. I have a decent short on at 8.9p. Seems to me that there are too many people who get emotionally attached to companies
