The Rouble has broken below 100 to a pound, just. However, let's see if this becomes a confirmed trend; over the next few weeks.

Someone wants stock that's for sure. We only find it weird because RAVP has been mispriced for so long.

On the other hand the ords are struggling again. Maybe someone is trying to switch from one to the other?

Perhaps the Rouble will rise as a consequence ( I know it has not yet ), and/or the inflationary trend leads to higher rents and the cost of new builds (which has/is happening).

Certainly in the past this has traded consistently between 130-140p and there seems little reason which it shouldn't now. Can't see it going above 150p despite that being an 8% yield...

I think you're see 135 coming months, nothing else like this around, high yield, paid quarterly and gross.

Not just that - in effect they used company funds to subsidise their own cheapo share purchases.

To be fair it is the management screwed Invesco (at the cost of Invesco investors), not directly the PIs of the Ravp (just not letting the ravp PIs to join in the screwing of Invesco),although it does create an overhang of shares from profit taking. On the plus side, this also offers cheaper shares to PIs who want to be in.

It looks to me like the MM's have a flat book for a change and aren't working any significant orders.

The share price is creeping up. Until of course we hit the next area where someone will want to sell ;-)
