04/9/2011 12:02 | mdchand thanks for that.. im just curious what the trickle of people bulford will pull in (and as ever sell up a week later) are seeing in RMM.. For the record im hoping for a heck of a lot more than 60p by end of next year!! | woodcoc
04/9/2011 11:55 | nothing too specific - just generalised comments about how undervalued it is, why the resource could be a great deal larger than currently stated, and how Q3 should be transformational for the company. Ocean are assuming 9p eps for yr ending 2012, so factor in any multiple you want and there is your uplift. Tom is looking for 60p. As for me, if Gold does rise, having a gold miner in politically stable country is a definite plus point, especially if everyone starts nationalising their own gold mines ala Venezuela over the next few years. | ![]() mdchand

03/9/2011 12:13 | Rambler are featured in RHPS in Septembers issue This should get some interest in the stock at last. I used to know Harry Dobson quite well to say he is a shrewd cookey is an understatement. He made a lot of money out of Manchester United and will probably strike oil with "Borders & Southern". Rambler has not been ramped up or taken round the city with a begging bowl. They have actually delivered where most other mining companies I follow increasingly do not so I must say this looks like a good bet. Good luck to all ahead of production this autumn . | ![]() parsons

29/8/2011 10:18 | Bullish update from Ocean Equities:- While the lack of sodium cyanide supply detracts from this progress report, Rambler is set to have a transformational fourth quarter which should lead to a re-rating in the stock. It is unfortunate that the company has temporarily lost its gold revenue stream at a time that gold is breaking records but this was a side show for the company that demonstrated the versatility of the team and the abundance of mineral wealth in the vicinity of Rambler's operations. Sodium cyanide should not be difficult to source in North America, an additional benefit of Rambler's project being in a low operating risk jurisdiction. Ming is a historic operation and should present few operating difficulties to the team. The outstanding operating issue will be the milling rate that can be achieved given hardness of the ore. We doubt that Rambler will require additional funding to increase mill capacity due to the abundant third party and self sourced high grade gold which will produce a strong revenue stream when the sodium cyanide supply returns. We are still waiting for the market to pick up the Rambler story again. The near term copper gold production from the company that has low risk operations should be getting a lot of attention but as yet has to react. In October, with the start up of the mill, Rambler will have shown that it can develop projects on time. This will shortly be followed by a technical report on re-starting the Lower Footwall Zone which will be a game changer for the company. Moreover, there is also likely to be additional third party arrangements in this minerals rich part of Newfoundland where only Rambler and Teck have found a route to market. We expect Rambler to be a much larger company this time next year. | ![]() mdchand
27/8/2011 17:27 | If anyone is interested, I've e-mailed Rambler to ask for further details of the cyanide supply problem including expected time-scales for new supplies. If I receive new information I will (with Rambler's permission) post it here. | trenchstench
25/8/2011 19:47 | Well I can't say either way whether it's relevant but looking at the ANSAC website, they do not appear to be supplier of Sodium Cyanide. Possibly, their main product, Sodium Carbonate could be used in the manufacture of Sodium Cyanide. A quick web search shows a fairly large number of Sodium Cyanide suppliers including a big one in the USA, "Cyanco" (www.cyanco.com). There is no mention of Force Majeure on the Cyanco website but they do say they are the leading suppliers to the mining industry in the USA and Canada. It would be interesting to know who the supplier is so that we can get an idea of how quickly the problem could be rectified. | trenchstench
25/8/2011 19:36 | is it not relevant? it was just a straight copy and paste from the stockhouse RAB forum, but as my chemistry isn't up to much, it could well be a red herring! | ![]() wolterix
25/8/2011 19:13 | Wolterix, I'm a bit puzzled by your post about ANSAC. They seem to be a supplier of Sodium Carbonate not Sodium Cyanide. Admittedly, Sodium carbonate could be processed to give Sodium Hydroxide which when it reacts with Hydrogen Cyanide produces Sodium Cyanide. Pardon my ignorance but am I missing something here? | trenchstench
