May take was Jupiter sold for the .9p as the holding figure was identical to the trade. The .15 was 10m wasn't it? Them big sells is more than likely why it's dropped so low. There's certainly a good opportunity for a trade before cancellation here. I've been adding at the lows ;) |
It was Jupiter who sold 9m shares at 0.15p |
This is ripe for a fast move up |
Darmz? 9m sell yesterday got 0.15p per share. You honestly think MMs would pay nearly 6 times as much today, for 12 million shares? It's 100% obviously a buy. Probably one of the founders/insiders/majority holders.
Just one final screw you to everyone else.
Could've offered a few pence per share to everyone before yesterday's RNS. But would rather give MMs a 500% profit on yesterday's 9m dump. Says a lot about their mindset, and how untrustworthy they are. I wouldn't want to be a minority holder of this unlisted company. |
They will be buying up the existing shares at buttons nice trade here before de listing. Well probably a few nice trades ;) |
That's a sell Dnt get it twisted |
Wow 13m buy just! |
Traders are trying their luck hereBe careful |
Any chance shareholders can launch a class action? They do in the US. |
![](https://images.advfn.com/static/default-user.png) once a private company you won't have any rights and will be at their mercy and considering how they are acting here it looks terrible.

Awful actions and communication. Commiseration’s to holders. |
as terminator remarked this is a big f u for shareholders.
there is no possibility that it won't be delisted seeing that the big holders have the absolute majority.
this is a lesson not to involve yourself in small caps where the big owners have over 80% of the equity. They floated the company raising some cash without really giving much ownership to public shareholders and then they used the funds to support their lifestyle until the funds got exhausted.
the reasons for cancellation are rubbish - made up excuses - they didn't worry about such issues when they listed and it was their choice only to cede 20% to public hands. |
Thanks Eric |
So it is legal, technically you will still own the shares.. just in a private company capacity. Delisting, not cancellation, but which realistically means absolutely terrible liquidity unfortunately
A lot of public shareholders won't be allowed/want to hold private company shares, hence the stock tanks today. It's possible they are worth more than the price you see on the screen now; again that just reflects that few investors will want to hold such a potentially illiquid asset
However, it would have been much better had the company just offered all existing shareholders an offer to sell their shares at at yesterday's price as a takeover or tender offer.

Tried to contact the company today...no luck. How can they just cancel shares? That's theft. Compensate me then.I own the shares. The company is still trading. So buy the shares not cancel themHow is that legalAnyone with more knowledge please reply. Can we fight this legallyWhat about Henry Spain and their huge position? |
Could there be an offer for the remaining. Shares here as there are not a lot in public hands? |
That this the fall price 0.15 then |
Wow, 9.6m @0.15!
Who holds that many without understanding the risks? Okay, might be peanuts to them but I have been hit for 0.5% of portfolio and I am kicking myself for trusting management to do the decent thing and buy people out.
After all the CEO is apparently "a strong advocate and supporter of responsible business practice" according to her bio!!!!
Presumably the directors are buying these to get over 90% and make compulsory purchase?
Ok, move on Tis. |
MMs robbers out with trade...never ever trade NT! |
9.6 dumped at 0.15 that's lower than 0.88 |
It's Pokémon |
I think the price reaction tells us more is going on here than just cancelling an aim listing. Also you well know, once they become unlisted, it's highly likely that there will be no point in the average person holding these uisted shares. You know this, as do the rest of us. No visibility, no regulation, and very difficult to sell. |
