If ever there was a company that needed some good press & good PR it's Quindell.

But strangely, nobody who claims to know all this really good news will speak about it.

It must be sensationally good news, the journalists who were at the meeting are keeping schtum too.

SGH is doing an Afren.

All that debt it took on to buy Quenron will be like concrete slippers round its ankles - in the absence of the supposed future cash flow its DD lawyers insisted would materialise. Even fraud-assisting auditors E&Y advised against buying QPP's toxic PSD.

I asked SGH's CEO on twitter at the time of the acquisition: "Why did you pay such a premium for a distressed company?"

He didn't reply.

The EGM was apparently well attended yesterday and the new bod very impressive.

Day one of the new Watchstone Group and future to further investment returns for all long term shareholders :)

At least SGH is going to zero. QPP would have done too if the aussies hadn't been so brain dead/greedy.
