Slater and Gordon AGM presentation from October. Page 5 focuses of acquisition strategy.

UK - fill gaps in geography or specialism

In general purchase at 3.5-4.5 price/EBITDA and aim for at exit debt to equity of 30-40%.

I'm struggling to find articles of association or the status of pre-emption rights for S&G. Does anyone know if they can issue the very large number of shares required without shareholder approval?

Thanks for asking I am fully recovered, the Antibiotics did the trick - Good Old NHS. I'm back to my full fighting weight - that means I put my stone back on within a month, two weeks in Cape Verde all inclusive helped to sort that out fairly easily.
