There's a giddy end of term atmosphere in the bull camp & for the life of me I can't see why.

The share price has gone up largely on the back of more PI mugs buying. No IIs have come on board, no IIs will come on board because.....

PWC is weeks overdue, which equates to bad news being hidden. If it was good news it would have been made public immediately.

S&G exclusivity expires this coming Tuesday, which means QPP is out of time. They have 2 choices, take it or leave it.

YE results with dismal audited figures due any day.

Honestly, you guys are counting your chickens before they're hatched. Best calm down.

the only way this could end well for bulls is if SGH pulls a OPAY style whale-deal out of the bag from nowhere.

E.g. massive placing plus debt to fund buy-out.

I think that's an edge case. But we'll see in due time.

The fact that PWC has not been released and no RNS giving notice of results (dalesiders pointed out we are well past the 2014 date for such an RNS), and the fact the directors are still not appointed, and the fact that SGH said there is no guarantee that if an offer is made it will be attractive to QPP, makes me think the rumours of an offer of £630m are v. unlikely.

Also SGH share price unmoved. We will see.

The way I read this is:- pwc delays, profit restatement- no deal by anyone, all bs- no more cash, banking covenants breached- shares suspended Go ahead and say why that's not unreasonable ?

I expect this to be around 30p at best, or suspended (more likely) by the end of next week. Let's see who is correct. Sorry, but agree 100% with DASV and co on this. I suspect the rise is fuelled by:- unwise/greedy/inexperienced pi's- shorts closing, because they are nervous (that is a bull point by the way)- shorts closing as they think it will be suspended soon and it's very tricky indeed to close positions against suspended shares.

The only reason you are all so upbeat is because the share price has gone up 35p on speculation in the last month.

Nothing else has changed.

EDIT: Except PWC is even more overdue & QPP is out of time with S&G.
