Quilter plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 7 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

Since 11 March 2020, the Company has purchased 15,645,923 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of GBP17,267,708.39.

Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company will hold none of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,871,776,030 ordinary shares in issue.
