Yes, its a one-off I suppose. Share price will drop at least 12p. Looking to buy after the dividend, not before as that normally bolsters the price a little more than 12p as people buy ahead of the dividend.

Would not be surprised to see a rise as people buy in to take advantage of a yield, just on the interim, of over 8%. Pretty fantastic in todays low interest world
