Update on roles of new Directors
The Quarto Group, Inc. (LSE: QRT), the leading international illustrated book publisher, announces that following the changes to the Board at today's Annual Meeting, the four new directors' roles are as follows:
-- Mr Chuk Kin Lau - executive director -- Dr Laurence Orbach - executive Chairman -- Ms Mei Lan Lam - non-executive director -- Mr Mick Mousley - non-executive director
The Company further confirms that the new directors are considered by the Company to be non-independent.
Andy Cumming, the independent non-executive director, has been appointed the Senior Independent director.
