Quarto (LSE: QRT) announces that Alison Goff, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, will be appointed as an Executive Director of the Company from 1(st) June 2022.

Andy Cumming, Chairman, said "In November 2021, it was announced that Alison Goff had been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Quarto. In her short time with the business, Alison has had a significant positive impact and I am now delighted to confirm that she will be appointed to the Board on 1(st) June 2022. Alison's considerable experience and enthusiasm will be greatly valued by the other Board members and I look forward to working closely with her as we take Quarto on the next phase of development."
