Trading Update 
 
 
The Directors of Qonnectis (AIM: QTI), the data monitoring service provider for 
utilities and users of energy and water, note the recent share price movement 
and confirm that the Company is still in discussions with a number of entities 
which could lead to additional funding for the Company. 
 
 
However, in the absence of these funding options being secured, the directors 
believe the Company will have insufficient funds to continue to trade.
