MALVERN, Pa. & STAFFORD, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PuriCore (LSE: PURI), the life sciences company focused on the development and commercialization of its novel, safe antimicrobial technology, today announces new agreements with five leading US regional food retailers. These supermarket chains have begun to introduce PuriCore's Sterilox Food Safety Systems in recent months. Additionally, PuriCore's largest customer, a top-three US retailer, continues to expand its implementation of Sterilox Food Safety Systems for its new and remodelled stores.

To date, more than 20 top US supermarket chains use the safe and natural Sterilox Food Safety Solution to protect against cross contamination of infectious pathogens and enhance the freshness of their produce. PuriCore remains on track to install 150 to 200 new Sterilox Food Safety Systems in 2007, bringing the total network to more than 1,600 systems.

Funny how they wait for a day where the Dow drops 300pts to release this news! Call me sceptical but maybe its to give the directors a better chance of topping up! LOL

Well on this news I'll be buying more at these levels. Not long now before we retake listing price imo...this news shows the puri system and business strategy is working. this should be rerated at a pound and anything less woild represent 'value' to me. Also sounds like they could be hitting profit a lot sooner than expected and more deals on the way!

depends on the terms. But either way a tie in with a major supermarket will turn this company into a wholly different animal...it would also lead to plausible speculation of other similar deals in the pipeline.

Well I was always of the opinion that it would send it to 200p but that was when share price was 66p! A more realistic guess would be 100p.

Dropped it 2p on only a tiny amount of volume 10,000 to be precise. Looks more like a shake....would expect us to bounce back soon enough. I wonder if we'll see buying pressure coupled with a spike at around 2/2.30pm as we have seen in the last two days........hope so!

Haven't got the statement yet, but just told the guy at best in the market, when it was showing that level............so maybe only got 46.something.

Bois, maybe that's directed at me. No amount of ramping can add over 50 percent to a companies mcap! I'd be wary trading these at the month. You've seen how quickly it can spike. What price did you top slice at? I didn't see any trades at 47p?

I am still struggling to find out if there is REALLY something expected or in the offing, or is just complete ramp on one or two people's part.
No clues from my friend, so I will not buy at these levels. Topsliced a few last night at 47p before the drop. Suspect we may see sub 40p again today unless some news.
