Yes we do appear to be going to some dark places, Alastair Crooke at Strategic Culture is well worth a read. Looks like a good news release, 7.0 grade from Q2 stopes and targets to increasable mineable reserves, gold looking good too as we head in to seasonal strength, just need to regain 1850.

thanks. just looked . someone on there has said that if the fire situation doesn't improve then vacuations in the region are imminent. still not sure if that includes our mine thouhg. I'm out as a result for now !

is anyone else worried about the fires in the ' region' ? I have read this morning that evacuation in parts of red lake may be imminent. I am trying to find out how close they are to our mine.

They will get there, it may be August or September and with grades this good, once they do the share price will start to recover.

slow progress being made. Production still not what was to be expected by now. explains shareprice weakness. some nice grades found from drilling though. the gold is definitely there !

Commercial Production

Commercial production will be declared on the first day of the calendar month following the achievement of certain criteria including ore throughput and gold production levels achieving a pre-determined percentage of design capacity. These criteria are reviewed monthly. Inaugural production and cost guidance will follow shortly after a positive commercial production decision.

Looking at the Alpha website, they seem to think PUR was well over-valued anyway and that without a major resource upgrade we're unlikely to see any big share price increase however I prefer to think that Sprott knows his stuff and is closer to the business and that he wouldn't have invested at the levels he did without an expectation of seeing a good return.
