27/10/2020 08:40 | With a share price of greater than 10p PUR will escape the notice of the typical ADVFN rainbow chaser, so no expectations or even desire of a spike in the share price IIs will provide solid support to what will become a steady increase in the market cap. A great long term portfolio hold. | mufprat

27/10/2020 07:35 | 296.1 g/t gold over 4.9 metres from test hole PGL-0003 gives 1451gm/t. That is the highest gm/t I have seen from main mine drilling. The 8 zone does of course have still larger values of gm/t. | metis20

23/10/2020 19:04 | Who knows lockdown, the fire, maybe the results are better or worse and they need to figure it out, I wouldn't worry. From Nanton News "Vancouver-based Pure Gold Mining Inc. is on track to finish building a mine near Red Lake, Ont., by the end of the year, and in February released a study on what ore was economically feasible to mine, which assumed a gold price of US$1,275 per ounce. Currently, Darin Labrenz, chief executive of Pure Gold, said every aspect of the study “is kind of out of date.” The company had estimated it could produce one million ounces of gold at US$1,275 per ounce, resulting in around US$1.2 billion. But in the current gold price environment, it could expect an additional roughly US$700 million in revenue. “So you start looking at your project, saying what could I do a little differently to take advantage of this movement,” said Labrenz. “It’s not just the straight-line math, because your project parameters change.” Already, he said the company is on track to develop the mine a little more quickly than planned, with first production slated to occur by the end of the year or early in 2021, and it’s planning to expand. For the moment, many executives say they have not forgotten the lessons of the last downturn, or abandoned the discipline that has allowed them to pay down debt during the past few years. At B2Gold, Johnson noted his company had recently increased its dividend to ensure shareholders see some of the value of the rising gold price. He said the company would consider raising its assumed gold price to US$1,500 when it remodels its reserves because it is the prudent thing to do. “We want to be a longterm low cost gold producer,” he said." | robertstronghand
23/10/2020 12:55 | RSH....Yes, I take your point about mine opening and gold price.......but as Thomas points out, we should have been getting a stream of drilling results over the last few months.......and the maagement are selling. | 11_percent
23/10/2020 10:32 | The issue with the drilling results is that they were promised “every few weeks”. It’s not good when the management make commitments and don’t deliver. I would also like to these these promised results. | thomas11
23/10/2020 09:56 | Not really seen many Canadians publish drill results yet, but yes it is only natural concerns increase with time, whether justified or not. Successful mine opening and higher gold price this can double, drill results is what can drive the multiples. | robertstronghand
23/10/2020 09:30 | Yup.....and up it goes. Would like to see some drilling results......its been a while......which makes you wonder. | 11_percent

09/10/2020 18:09 | 17:40 9 October 2020 PDMR Share Dealing Pure Gold Mining, Inc. ("Pure Gold" or "Company") announces the exercise of option awards and the disposal of shares by certain persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company as follows: Name Role Nature of transaction Number of Price per share shares (C$) Exercise of Graeme Currie Director option awards 450,000 0.11 ---------- -------------------- Disposal of Common Shares 235,000 2.187 -------------------- | novicetrade68
08/10/2020 11:14 | I would also add that when Canadian insiders, warrant holders exercise options a tax bill comes due immediately. So even if one wants to hold there is a need to realise the funds to pay the taxman. There is also overhead when a four month hold comes off on a private placement. I think this is nothing more than sensible portfolio management, related to tax and diversification needs. Remember there are also insider trading rules, so sales during a quiet period makes sense. Bottom line this is worth a lot more than the likes of GGP, patience, there is a strong bid for any shares being sold at this price level, a nice support level has been built. | robertstronghand

08/10/2020 10:50 | A lot of drill results for Canadian miners have been delayed according to Eric Sprott. Can understand that there might be a few jitters when this is combined with a few directors cashing in a small part of their gains, but I wouldn't be too concerned. Bottom line we will get drill results soon, and we will be going in to production soon, and gold will be making another run up soon. Anyway steady trading in Canada yesterday, I am sure the next move up will be soon, there are a lot of catalysts. | robertstronghand

02/10/2020 10:11 | I don`t know whether GGP is a sign of the early days of Baltimore in the Dot Com era,(for those that remember)yet I have been predicting(somewhat badly timed so far) the real Dot-Com era of Gold stocks since I started buying them from 1999 - when ALL said Gold was dead as an investment at circa $250.!! GGP@ circa £800 Million Market Cap maybe takes some believing - but then great for many Investors, and I make no conclusion- merely comparison. It does certainly put PUR into play as a near term actual Producer of its Golden Gooose potential of producing $Billions of real Money/currency. When I searched for what attracted Billionaire Sprott I was somewhat speechless at the "potentials" of such massively high grades - deeper-deeper down !!! When that is hopefully confirmed to all in time - then it would be speechless time for many and- BIG money !!! That`s why I put so much into PUR,as those potentials + its earnings fire power over time make it a potential large Multi-bagger for hopefully the kind of Capital Investment you wouldn`t exactly put into your average more speculative potential multi-bagger Of course no harm in spreading risk as I buy - the small-medium -big-and the massive -plus a selection of the tiddlers that can hugely surprise. I also suggest some Physical Gold and Silver, vaulted away from Banks. IMHO GLA | richgit
02/10/2020 08:34 | Because it won't go up 20 times from here without a massive explosion in gold price and excellent drilling results over a long period of time. Aggregation of risk ? You would also be mindful of the need to diversify your wealth/income... your job/salary and the rest of your wealth relies on this Company, at some point you must want to take some of the significant profit you have helped generate ? The Directors will always get another chance in future fundraisings or may have the chance to get another round of options granted. They may want to invest their gains elsewhere in the Gold sector to spread their risk... they know what to look for. There are many things out of the Directors control - take the recent fire... winter coming up and the potential for flooding of the mine that could put the development many months back. I'm not selling and will look to add upon any further weakness... | chrissh |
