03/12/2024 06:55 | Isolating from Track Record Holdings and Trailight may all be part of this. Wonder who bought the 21%? Kestrel? As of Dec 31st they had total equity of £7,178,458, 21% of which would have been £1.507M. Meanwhile Trailight has been winning business. Pulsar becoming more pure-play will help them and the new owner of the 21% might just have picked it up as a corner is turned at Trailight for Track Record Holdings. Next TU in January should be interesting. Hope they indicate traction gained through new AI capabilities/adoptio | p1nkfish
03/12/2024 06:26 | This is very backwater but shareholder rosta is decent quality. Expect some corporate action in next 2-3 years imho. Dyor etc. | p1nkfish
02/12/2024 07:17 | Sale minority holding in Trailight. Reduces associated losses, bolsters balance sheet and gives liquidity to deploy elsewhere. | p1nkfish

08/8/2024 15:28 | Just interesting to see KKR finally take the majority stake in FGS whilst Royde moves to NED at Pulsar following KKR acquisition of IQGEO and Pulsar having complementary characteristics to FGS with Royde having had some exposure to KKR. | p1nkfish

08/8/2024 13:55 | Max Royde joining as NED is interesting as he will soon be released from IQGEO through sale to KKR. Kestrel haven't had representation on this BoD to my knowledge so now suggests they are looking at it more closely to influence and assist growth. Interesting KKR have bought FGS Global in the last week. FGS is an impressive bunch and part of their business is helping corporations navigate reputational challenges, amongst other things. It shows there is demand in this area. Pulsar could become attractive once they show some stable and improving results. | p1nkfish

21/6/2024 10:12 | There is often a Trading Update from PULS about June 20-22. f | fillipe
18/6/2024 15:00 | There should be a slight gap to fill that might overlap some of the PULS capabilities. Total Oracle Advertising BU sales were $300M last year, only a % of that was from Grapeshot but could still offer a chance to win some business they are no longer servicing at all. | p1nkfish
18/6/2024 14:58 | Wonder if a slight upside potential for PULS now ORACLE Advertising is closing. The Grapeshot element of that BU is going and helped in Brand Safety. Closing quickly. Oracle paid about $325M for it in 2018. | p1nkfish

24/5/2024 07:23 | Cash burn needs to be addressed. This section is 100% on the right path/track and can certainly help broaden adoption as well as drive internal efficiency. Very well put & a big market to go after: "As access to data broadens, we are introducing AI solutions to help users tackle complex questions across hundreds of languages, multiple media formats and audiences. AI Summarisation helps detect key narratives and provide context for any data point in the product. AI Co-pilot helps customers create complex queries in seconds. AI Lenses automatically benchmarks a brand or an influential voice against a set of values or attributes to assess brand affinity. AI Voice provides a much-needed view into how Large Language Models (LLMs) are portraying a brand or an issue of public opinion. We continue to invest in generative AI as we see the potential of LLMs to reinvent media, social, and audience intelligence products. LLMs enable the creation of conversational interfaces that push data in the background and will help us broaden the adoption of our intelligence products to non-technical and dataliterate teams in any organisation." | p1nkfish
