    PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund is a closed-ended protected cell of PSolve Alternatives PCC Limited (the "Company").

    Change of Investment Manager

    The Company announces that a circular to shareholders (the "Circular") has been posted today detailing the change of investment manager
of PSolve Niche Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") which was effected on 1 July 2008.

    The Company has entered into a new investment management agreement to appoint Grenfell PAI Guernsey Limited as investment manager of the
Fund, substantially on the same terms as those under which the Fund's existing investment manager, PSigma Investments Limited acting through
its division, P-Solve Alternative Investments ("PAI") was appointed. In addition, a sub-investment management agreement has been entered
into to appoint Grenfell PAI Limited as sub-investment manager of the Fund. Grenfell PAI Limited is authorized and regulated by the FSA.

    The staff currently operating in PAI have been transferred from PSigma Investments Limited to Grenfell PAI Limited. There will therefore
be a continuing management of the Fund by the same managers, and the same people will be involved in the investment management process, as
at present. 


    Copies of the circular are being submitted to the Financial Services Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the
Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
