11/2/2021 10:08 | I like to watch the briefing from October last year to remind myself how good this all looks. Linn touches briefly on the other Celtic Sea licences around 5.30 and specifically mentions Helvick which was tested and flowed 10,000 barrels a day. He suggests that the priority at the moment is to get Barryroe up and running and then in time use it as a hub to develop the other sites. | contrarymary
11/2/2021 09:03 | So we likely to get back Celtic Sea shareholding from NUOG(another dud partner courtesy of ex-CEO). Once Barryroe is financed hope Alan turns his attention to Hook Head,Helvick and Dunmore. | hermana3

11/2/2021 07:53 | Alan is playing a blinder given the Irish gov stance. He is coy about the situation and it's acceptable given what has happened in the past. Sp in both logp and pvr seems a little deflated at the moment. But the news on Sunday gave much more clarity as to who and how the funding will take place. Realistically I would be happy with news in Feb on funding. That's the big piece to de risk the project. With oil going up, I can see bond holders being keen on signing this deal soon. | amran01
11/2/2021 07:38 | Arman.we could get news now any day.Alan will have our interests as shareholders at heart He came in here with skin in the game himself. That was to show alignment to existing shareholders. The likes of Pageant and Co. put him it place and gave Baby O'Reilly the boot. He is an industry veteran and would not be hoodwinked. Alot going on in the background here and I thing business Post article last Sunday will be the model. | raisethestake1
11/2/2021 07:24 | Month end is fast approaching. Are we expecting funding news by end of month or in March? Very very early in the new year by Alan seems more like by the end of Q1. | amran01
10/2/2021 21:11 | I forgot to mention Hook Head as well. | funtimejonny
10/2/2021 20:51 | Agree; wasn't sure if you were aware nuog was a corpse.....I know to my cost.... | panadin
10/2/2021 20:24 | Their working interest in the two Irish fields should therefore revert to PVR and LOGP is my point. Dunmore and Helvick. | funtimejonny
10/2/2021 20:14 | FTJ: not sure what you dont agree with. In Sept 2020 Nuog issued following statement: "Nu-Oil and Gas (AIM: NUOG) is currently classified an AIM Rule 15 cash shell." just saying. | panadin
10/2/2021 19:54 | Don't agree.get licences back is my only interest | funtimejonny
10/2/2021 19:16 | FTJ: nuog need more than an elbow - they are toast, having proved to be another APEC on steroids...they are currently touting their shell status looking for a deal. | panadin
10/2/2021 18:42 | One day soon we will wake up to a red dot with finance in place. We know that we will have a free carry with a non recourse loan for our share, maybe 5 million up front to cover for pre drill work such as our site survey. If rumours of merger we are in for a complete new model with consortium members new assets etc..I am trying to get my head around where finances would come from then for new projects in the North sea or wherever.Who would the non recourse loan go to then or would we become the conduit for raising money on the markets. Is it our £200m tax write off they are after. They won't pull the wool over Alan Linn's eyes so I trust he will look after our interests and thoses of the likes of Pageant and our larger II holders. One thing for sure is that it will be a very complex arrangement. If the market likes it we should be in for a good re rate but we know how they can carry on to their own advantage sometimes if not all the time.We won't stray into next month without knowing and it could come any day before that. | raisethestake1
10/2/2021 18:22 | Jonny, NUOG are the corporate equivalent of "bin dippers".... | hermana3
10/2/2021 18:08 | Herm. Point of informaion. The 2 licences offshore county Waterford are still retained by pvr and logp. Just need to give nuog the elbow. | funtimejonny
10/2/2021 17:32 | Old Sleepy Ryan is not having a good week. First he forced to sign off on dreaded Site Survey at Barryroe and now he is forced to sign off on new vital road in Limerick which the oily yoke tried to welch on. The cheek of him.... | hermana3
10/2/2021 17:20 | Stephen, Had to get o'Reilly family influence on the wane initially before making the wee tanned one walk the plank. With the portfolio here in O'Reillys reign it is a crying shame that all we have on the burner now is Barryroe. | hermana3
10/2/2021 17:13 | S.p.It's a pity we had not got Alan as our CEO a few years back in stead of that imposter O Reily who was on a salary of near half a million . | stephenryan
10/2/2021 16:44 | Most likely. Doesnt take much to drop or rise share price here. A wee bit of gossip or a delay in licensing can cause a 10% change in share price on any given day.... | hermana3
10/2/2021 16:21 | Presumably the sell-off due to timeline of 'later this year' ? | riley9
10/2/2021 16:02 | 1cag, Frustration with bureaucracy is not to be tolerated now or ever. Alan is way more savvy than tanned TOR(believed APEC lies or at worst said he did) and if he says they will get finance that is good enough pour moi. | hermana3
10/2/2021 15:58 | Herm, maybe that shouty bloke (was it Anderson) could have a little word with sleepy and make him an offer he couldn't refuse🐴. | roadster750
10/2/2021 15:55 | What is the point trolling the minister / department until the flippin money shows up? The current deal is seriously reminiscent of the APEC deal at the moment. Seriously. If / when it shows up - then it's time for the gloves to come off. | 1cagney
10/2/2021 15:51 | PF, Have you got 5 years left? | hermana3
10/2/2021 15:49 | Herm I am of the opinion that all over the world politics are totally out of control and are doing far more harm to society than most other things. Very rarely does a party political party agree with another and that seems to be spreading to the EU. I would love to see PVR succeed with Barryroe, but at my time of life, who knows?. regards | peaeff |
