Road, How many free bicycles, wooly jumpers and vegan sambos would it take to get that sleepy yoke to wake up and do his job properly?

AL inferred he anticipates snail like progress from the dept of etc etc, thats why he has allocated 18 gruelling months as a worse case scenario to get all the necessary consents agreed. If by some minor miracle the dept of etc etc decides to play ball it could happen a lot sooner.

PF, Alan must be expecting the usual level of government cooperation when he talks of a Barryroe drill in late 2022. Sleepy knows he will have to sign off on drill but the boring vapid yoke will do his utter utmost to put off doing the job he is paid so handsomely to do.....

Peaeff - thanks.

The way I see it, the blockage has been freed up so we go to the next stage. Once the money has been raised (in principle maybe already) that will add pressure on the (always) recalcitrant body PVR have to deal with.

However,I see a happy ending - eventually - the Lord knows, we've waited long enough.
Good luck

the permission granted will only apply to the site survey and the consortium will still have to satisfy environmental and conservation issues before any drill takes place. I seem to recall this particular issue being a problem last time round with government insisting on a very pedantic line.

So as long as a shoal of tadpoles or 2 kilos of seaweed are in no danger we should get that as well. lol

raise - I think the big hurdle here was the ok from the government, well pleased to get over that one. I don't see the finance as a problem, too many big cheeses in our camp for us to fall short.

Disappointement at BPC yet. Hard luck to anyone here who put a bet on the drill after a poster brought the potential to our attention here a few weeks back.

Yes,,CM , FT there is that important merger clarification again and yet some still refer to the BP article as bs.🤦‍ 794;️

"The firm issued the statement in which it noted “the speculation in Irish media over the weekend" after the Business Post reported that there had been a merger approach from SpotOn.

The phrasing of the six-line statement from Providence DID NOT, however, rule out that discussions might have been held at some stage, and industry insiders speculate that it may have been possible there had been discussions over a potential merger in the past."

Wow, Brent hits $61, we have had the details of the financing outlined to us in a "leaked" newspaper article along with the undenied merger (we are not currently in talks) story, survey has been signed off by the arch-enemy and yet here we are sat at 6.80p.

It will be all positive trajectory for the rest of the month as the finances fall into place.Who knows what approaches might become public then.We have experienced men at the helm here and they won't be blindsided or bowled over.
