Still no comments from APEC Energy Enterprise regarding Barryroe. A simply amazing fact! APEC have NEVER issued any statement on Barryroe. They have NEVER publically acknowledged their Barryroe farm in. A simply amazing fact!

Both PVR & LOGP are listed on a UK stock exchange. Surely the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) must be investigating the circumstances behind the Barryroe farm out agreement? Surely APEC, PVR & LOGP must all be under investigation? Is there evidence of fraudulent behaviour?

The truth of the matter is TOR won't reduce his salary because he's a greedy so and so. The only way he will leave is if he realises the company will fold and he will make more money terminating his contract. Those hoping that the Chairman will sort it out are in "cuckoo land". He earns 100,000 a year part-time (a few hours a week) and isn't likely to rock the boat. In many ways he's just as bad as TOR.

Surely there must be some sort of fraud investigation?

How can he claim....
"Providence has received a HSBC remittance notification dated July 5,
2019 from APEC's funder for the transfer of US$ 10 million in favour of
Providence's bank account in Dublin with a payment date of July 9, 2019."

This must surely have been a lie???

How can he claim not to know the source of these funds if he has seen the remittance advice??

Not a whiff of news from the boy since the EGM. I wonder how he is coping all on his own without anybody to back him up and advise him? The other 2 directors are only part time and Mr. McCoss is pretty much full on occupied with Tullow whereas Pat Plunkett is more or less retired. I wonder is he still phoning China every morning at 4.30 AM or whatever he said it was?

All very tedious and concerning. Was kind of hoping they might have had another partner ready to take over from APEC and we might see a deal being done quickly

I will parachute myself in here to implement a complete plan b taking the company forward with complete and open discussions involving all shareholders as to the best strategy from raising funds to relinquishing existing licences to drilling whether just proving the asset or full scale funding for drilling.so I want all heads to come together starting with a blank canvas An maybe discussing raising finance I think there are 600 million shares do we get all shareholders do dip in or do we involve logp in fundraising also just putting all this out roughly and so let the meaningful discussion across the b boards commence and I will dip in when I feel each formula looks feasible and I will unveil a plan b that should look very interesting on 1st November hope you all understand that lets commence with the finance issue how much is needed to get show on road and any ideas
