You can kid people on some of the time but not all of the time.Big trouble in little China for Tor.Next steps.PVR need move on from Apec and Tor quicklyNeed PB to take the chair to secure investor confidence/sanity/deal with PVR and Barryroe .Shares would rally on news alone. All compensation outstanding for Tor needs put hold until independent audit, investigation conducted into the last 18 months/Apec saga.Expect largest holders currently pressing PB for fast response.

If I was a PVR shareholder who bought in Q4 2018 following the farm out of Barryroe and hence showing a large loss on my investment I'd want to know why APEC haven't issued any kind of statement as to why the promised US$9m hasn't been paid to PVR (Exola). I'd want to know why APEC have NEVER mentioned their Barryroe farm in.

PVR have issued a string of RNS's since the 5th June on that US$9m payment, but APEC haven't uttered a single word on the issue. Why? After all the Barryroe farm in would have been a big deal for them. Do they still exist? Their web site doesn't appear to have been updated since 2017 and definitely hasn't been updated since they signed the farm in agreement.

All of those on the PVR & LOGP BoD's when the agreement was signed with APEC need to be sacked because they appear to have agreed a deal with a phantom company in APEC. Those PVR & LOGP BoD members who agreed the deal need to explain why APEC have NEVER made any comment on Barryroe. They also need to explain why they have no knowledge of those funding APEC.

The question is: How much of a pay off is he entitled to when he resigns and can the company afford it? Is there a pension entitlement?

Philip Tracey was CEO here before the appointment of the permatanned one and left for Cairn Energy. Is extremely fat denis talking of Tony's twin, Gavin perhaps?

Well that's two very critical newspaper reports in as many days. Can't see how Mr. O'Reilly can ride out the storm now, unless the Chinese money makes a miraculous appearance.

It represents 10% of the company. Perhaps it was just a whip round, a few quid each from hundreds/thousands of them?

He really is a disaster and has to go.

What has he brought to the party, other than complete shareholder decimation.

Bad decision after bad decision - other than daddy's money and influence - what on earth qualified him to be in such a position anyway?

Hard to see how TOR can still be in post.He has no shame and is here to take every last cent. What are the other directors thinking of leaving him in place!

In theory. Pat said at AGM that pay is being reviewed. Expect buyers of placing shares must have commented on reducing CEO's salary.

Is it time for a maximum wage to be introduced. This would put a stop to a large number of company directors being paid obscene amounts of money for incompetence!
