Thetoonarmy; bank has nothing to do with License or F/out email. They just need to check, either money is coming is coming from legitimate source or not. Since the funds being debited from sender account, which means it's being cleared. It's now a matter of days for funds to be credited to PVR account.

Is that an educated or an intelligent comment?
People who are educated or intelligent do not use words like that.
I have been going through your posts, and you seem to have contretemps
with most posters here.

The reason the "payee" pays direct to Providence and not to Apec to pay Providence is the same if you bought a house on mortgage the the lender doesnt give you the money to pay over they pay either your solicitor or the sellers solicitor quite simple really, however having dealt with money laundering regs quite a bit I must say this is now getting a bit long-winded even for the Banking regulators.

We need proper answers this week or could it have a condition attached to the paymant of the "granting of the licence first"???

That's good to know Steel. We might just be ready to hit the ground running. Now where is that permit.Minister will probably be up at the Galway races.Lets hope he stamps it before he gets on the copter

Yes, true the toonarmy2, but why are HSBC being so diligent in checking for "money laundering"? Is it because they are suspicious of the source of APEC's US$10m? That suggests to me that APEC's funders are a private Chinese enterprise and NOT a Chinese state backed enterprise as many posters believe.

Just my opinion. Probably not worth posting again until the next RNS is issued.

the delay is obvious, the minister is waiting for his kickback. suitcase pushed under the table was a bit short last time so insisting on another 50k. All should be sorted soon....

Kommandor destination reset to Lowestoft, just South of Gt. Yarmouth where Gardline's UK office is, so probably in for bunkering and crew change before next op.
