If this is a case of the funds being, understandably imo, withheld until the issue of the government survey license then why the hell don't they just say so. There now seems to be no reason at all why the license shouldn't be issued and we would at least know exactly whose to blame for the present situation.

It shouldn't be PVR, a small company proposing in the future to enable the Irish government to collect huge amounts of taxes and also ensure future independent oil production, NOR should it be the one company, in the six long years since Barryroe was discovered, who have had the balls to take it on.

I know who I believe to be at fault and having once issued the license, wrongly it seems, they have sought out, and been supplied with, reams of further favourable information and still they delay.

Strange even though RNs says they have the money on the other bb they still don't believe it I just posted this again for them. :) As at close of business on 26 July 2019, no funds had been received in the Company's account. However, the Company has been provided with a copy of further documentation provided to APEC's funders (the "Payee") by HSBC showing that US$10 million has been debited from the Payee's account for payment to Providence's designated account. The documentation confirms that the payment date is still pending due to final processing by HSBC. Accordingly, to facilitate this, the Barryroe Partners have agreed to a backstop extension of on or before August 2, 2019. .......So APEC have paid its in HSBC waiting regulatory approval I.e money laundering

For those not on margin or T20's and are prepared to be patient, the RNS clearly states the funds are in transit and the Nomad's will have reviewed the documentation, which is in the companies possession.

What's not to like, we are dealing with HSBC not the bank of Micky Mouse?

Pap you are such a charmer what do you not understand about the RNS the Nomad will have insisted on doing their due diligence and seeing the documentary evidence referred to in the RNS and discussed it with AIM reg.....but of course you just like to spout rubbish about various options and spread misinformation and fear as you are deeply devious and on some power trip.

There is of course a 4th option you get a life and be patient for the outcome and learn how to be pleasant, intelligent and polite.

If you do not have anything meaningful to contribute and no position in the stock why prey do you not jog on it is like some manic condition you suffer from, probably due to over trading, loss of your post office savings and lack of knowledge in resources stocks over the years.

Once again the money doesn't turn up, but the CEO continues to take his massive wages. The O'Reilly family have been making a bloody good living out of PVR for over 20 years - why stop now?

The question has to be - do APEC have the money? Has anyone managed to find any financial information about them. Routine things like company revenue, profits, losses, debts, assets, current projects etc. Anything to indicate they are the sort of company that can invest hundreds of millions into a fairly risky investment. Seriously, if anyone has any worthwhile information about APEC I would love to hear it.

Div... You obviously have not had much dealings with government departments. They do what they want at their own pace and they do not tell how and why they do anything. They think that they are gods!

No but it's my preference that PVR actually gets a response from the relevant department as to why there is this continuing delay in issuing the survey permit.

richpassi you complain about the number of backstop. Is it your preference that PVR walks away from the deal with APEC.

I assume a backstop date is mandatory. Originally, it was so far out from the site survey that a default would be wilful, and unlikely .

In this case, the permit is delayed due resubmission, and has forced them passed the backstop. A contract doesn't technically exist until all the ingredients are there, so there's no point transferring the money through the final stage of transfer until the permit is given.

No blame, but bad rns management how many backstops now ? Yes not PVR fault but Can We See this proof ? No ....so until then.....its possible in my opinion that if we didn't know better, that the last month could have been written by Brian Rix ....age showing !

The same documentation that they got the first time. You get a copy when you fill out the transfer form.It is normal to fax through a copy to prove payment.It will appear when we get survey permit.Talk about drawn out.
