Not too worried about the politics.It's the Chinese involvement that's the bear factor.Always was a concern to me when the deal was struck with APECI don't even know who controls APEC,what's the management structure,who's funding them etc ..If the mystery people involved are X, then they might as well put a bid in for PVR whilst the share price is where it's at.That's where it's been manipulated too.

Sadly for PVR it comes down to Trust, We would never have known about Apec's £9m loan if hadn't been for the year end results. Tor gambled as long as he could while Apec has been hedging us over a barrel.
Delay in Licence is just another nail.
The only slither of hope major Shareholders have stuck their positions. Cant imagine anyone holding above 10% blind or had some 121 time with Tor.
If we do secure licence and loan Tor will still be damaged and need to consider his position to allow PVR move forward.

Was on the stocks at Harlingen shipyard at the time, but since been conducting a number of surveys in the N. Sea, and still is, so probably not on any retention.

Remember Junior claimed a formal request was made by APEC for the latest extension. Real world financing is not like a James Bond film where the millions are transferred at the push of a button in the briefcase.Not much seems to be going right in AIM companies at the moment.
