Steel for PVR it has normally been on or before the end of June, and the results have to be announced prior to that date. Overdue and imminent, the question is what are they waiting for. My opinion only of course.

fiachra - we won't know until the 2018 Annual Report and Notice of AGM is published, which has to be before end of this month, preceded by Annual Results a few days before. AFAIK, AGM should be within 6 months of year end too, but recall a couple of Irish companies holding in September - COP (now defunct) and ORM, so maybe 9 months.
