04/8/2017 11:32 | UKOG Swimming in oil. All you have to do is take note of how the majors missed the Weald. It's hydro maturity window is the opposite to what the majors thought possible. It's equal or better than that found in the North Sea. SS states this in his presentation and TW and co know this. They won't do you any favours. The majors used the model for type 2 source rock which is what they used in the NS. The Weald however is type 1 source rock which is better and this is the model SS used with modern tech the majors didn't have at the time in the 1980's. | tidy 2

No mention of oil shows whatsoever suggests the seal to deeper traps such as Dromberg is not breached. It actually increases the chance of Dromberg having a valid trap. 04/8/2017 10:11 | tmmalik - please clarify your statement 'its not a duster' . the only way I can see it not being a duster is cos its full of water to damp the dust down. | ![]() riley9
04/8/2017 10:08 | Even though they have stated they intend to drill a deeper appraisal well, I can't see it being Barryroe at this stage, as they would need to apply for a drilling permit, which would take too long. Newgrange is apparently drill ready so suspect we may move on to there next... | ![]() ianio5691
