18/2/2017 13:30 | FTJ - I concur with you almost 100% but believe (1) is not the case however as my article ref a false market in the stock and the repercussions thereof if indeed there was/is no current farm in negotiations nearing conclusion would have, legally, prompted an RNS from them. Separately, nice to see where our circa 3m euros gone this last 4 years - Pretty ironic comment - "But left to set up her own company, Baby & Co"! LOL This also made me chuckle - "He started work at Morgan Grenfell but was let go after less than three weeks when his division was closed." An inauspicious start to a career if ever there was one! | richie666
18/2/2017 12:40 | NY,On Polk St and used be a nuthouse in 60's and 70's before the disease with 4 letters. FTJ,Tone has until Paddy's Day or he becomes "pants"! | hermana3
18/2/2017 12:29 | Barryroe - this is my take on the present state of play for the following reasons: (1) Failure to get farm-out is not an option at this stage. I say this because the CEO promised that negotiations were at an advanced stage and would result in a successful conclusion late 2016 to early 2017. (2) The clock is ticking on the licence as posted here by a recent poster. (3) The company need to get drilling this year so the deal needs to be in the bag by end of March latest to allow mobilisation by July. (4) The company needs to have a second prospect on the go apart from Druid. If not... then all the share price growth of the last 6 weeks or so will subside. There will be a rush by investors to take money off the table pre Druid spud (at say 35p per share) rather than gamble the whole lot on a wildcat well. (5) The partner (Lansdowne 20%) has now relinquished all their other licences apart from Barryroe and Helvick, in order to focus on Barryroe in the first instance. (6) There is a window of opportunity now, where a prospective farminee can drill 3 wells for the price for 1 well a few years back. Surely a powerful commercial incentive to give this a really good bash My expectation, given the above, is that we will see a farmout for Barryroe within the next four weeks - or never. If Tony O'Reilly does not put this one to bed this time round he is for the chop. | funtimejonny
18/2/2017 10:44 | Stockriser, The nearest pub come restaurant to my home is named The Near Boot Inn. Its in the very north Cumbria. It could not surly be the same as your one of your locals, could it? ATB, GD | greatfull dead
18/2/2017 10:20 | For anyone else wondering what the post by oil baron said on 13th Feb it was: Not a holder. Barryroe - expect an announcement on this shortly. | techtrend
18/2/2017 09:44 | Puzzler,This was going dirt cheap early January and even an Albanian goat farmer could guess that Barryroe might be shifted if management here would engage with the bottom fishers...... | hermana3
18/2/2017 08:20 | ...just that one brief post from oilbaron on 13 Feb - nothing more on any other board - does make you wonder why someone might helpfully povide that piece of inside information, if true - chances are though, it's speculation. Quite a coincidence, isn't it, that the share price has risen steadily since that date. | puzzler2
18/2/2017 00:14 | Am beginning to wonder if post by 'oil baron' - 1 post made the day they signed up, might be closer to source than perhaps really ought to be. Certainly seems to be some good buying going on. | riley9
17/2/2017 20:45 | Stock,Great pub names in Blighty indeed. Beats "The White Swallow" in San Francisco for sure... | hermana3

17/2/2017 15:50 | GD,The goings on in small oilies have curbed many punters enthusiasm! Definite signs of a pickup in sector in 2017... | hermana3
17/2/2017 14:41 | Tis great shame I did not buy more. GLA, GD | greatfull dead
17/2/2017 14:16 | I wish I had spotted this one (fog) a couple of days ago for some quick and eyewatering profits. But I am a bit wary of jumping on board a tr1ain that has already left the station and I would not be surprised if we see a lot of sells coming through this afternoon to lock in these profits....followed by a period of stagnation and share price dropping back | funtimejonny
17/2/2017 13:49 | Well I thought PVR was the biggest no brainer and that's without any drill risk. | ngms27
17/2/2017 13:44 | Quite. Jumped on board FOG for some quick $, but I have underlying concerns. OZ fracking bans, so isn't the whole project potentially void? Looks like a gigantic area, so lots of GIP, but low GIP per km2. Very low flow rates. Gas in the middle of nowhere, 100s or 1000s of km from anywhere. Should make the whole project extremely uneconomic even if fracking gets the green light. Really not sure on that one. | phoebusav
17/2/2017 13:37 | I will take a look at GRIT tks | ny boy
17/2/2017 13:34 | FOG still in demand today. Great hope value but currently unable to prove up mouthwatering resource report. Wonder how strong is The Environmental lobby in Oz? | hermana3
17/2/2017 13:12 | Richie666, over 25yrs, too long! I feel confident about these but everyone always dyor! I just bought 1M of CYAN @0.2p I like the look of the Company and all the broker recs this year,on Hargreaves Lansdown web site with price targets @ 0.6/0.7p got plenty of cash, order books increasing, winning overseas business, weaker £ helping I guess. | ny boy
17/2/2017 12:53 | I would like to see that too. End the week on a positive! | funtimejonny
17/2/2017 12:51 | Looks like we've finally broken out to the upside. Could be a very nice afternoon if we can smash 19p. Hoperfully there is some follow through in LOGP also. | phoebusav |
