Posted at 29/12/2023 11:58 by bareknee Aye, leaving it to the last day is poor investor relations. Not having it ready before the market opens is even worse. There may be a good reason for today's tardiness, but when you have a history of being on the last minute for no good reason, then there's less goodwill knocking about. |

Posted at 07/11/2021 08:16 by huntergls Great day in the big smoke Thursday. Nice RNS surprise before the meeting. Both DB and IF were in fine fettle. No one there from DSM. Good attendance from old and new investors. Few beers after with a few of them. All we need now is BH to get blue cap and we're laughing. Seems late 2022 early 2023 is key. Let's see how DSM react in the new deal discussions. I will definitely topping up over the 12 months on any dipsS |
Posted at 03/5/2021 12:44 by winner31 Rp no I don’t think it’s anything to do with Pxs , but I’m just pointing out the progress BH who have spent millions getting our products to market have made , they are valued at about £6b now as opposed to £2b when we first partnered with them that can only be good for Pxs . With possibly 9 new products coming to market with a unique substance i’d Be surprised if some serious Chinese investors weren’t at least keeping an eye on Bh . |

Posted at 19/2/2021 08:56 by twodegrees WHAT IS GOING ON.....Provexis raise 17 December 2020 Placing of new ordinary shares to raise GBP1.0 million provexis, the business that develops, licenses and sells the proprietary, scientifically-prove The New Provexis Shares will be issued at a price of 0.75p per share (the 'Placing Price'), and rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 0.1p each in Provexis. No commissions or expenses will be payable on the issue of the New Provexis Shares. The Placing Price represents a discount of 6.3 per cent. to the closing mid-market price per Ordinary Share on 16 December 2020, being the latest practicable date prior to this announcement. and now they raise 19 February 2021 Provexis plc ('Provexis' or the 'Company') Placing of new ordinary shares to raise GBP50,000 Provexis, the business that develops, licenses and sells the proprietary, scientifically-prove Looks to me that this seems a uselesss way to raise money, why only £50,000, oh and a a director buys a tranch of them.. EXCUSE ME, but seems like this is being done to cover salaries and the shareholders in provexis, who have been here for years and years are seeing the same old cycle of raise money to keep the salaries of a few. Anyone agree with me.... What happened to the £1 million that they raised in Dec 2020, what have they done with it |
Posted at 17/12/2020 15:04 by redprince Clearly good news in today's rns. They have told us what is coming next year and the investors involved in the placing are clearly confident especially given the price and scale of the placing.I do think we will have a good 2021 here. Aimho. |
Posted at 17/12/2020 11:58 by informer I have hot been involved in these threads for many years and have of late not been unable to say too much as bound by MAR but as a serious private investor in PXS - hang in there people - the future is bright. |
Posted at 31/12/2019 09:06 by twodegrees Capital structure and fundingOn 11 December 2019 the Group announced it had raised proceeds of GBP301,333 via the placing of 75,333,333 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a gross 0.40p per share with investors, with no commissions payable. The placing shares were admitted to trading on AIM on 17 December 2019. The Company is seeking to maximise the commercial returns that can be achieved from its Fruitflow technology, and the Company's cost base and its resources continue to be very tightly managed. The Company remains keen to minimise dilution to shareholders and it is focussed on moving into profitability as Fruitflow revenues increase, but while the Company remains in a loss-making position it will need to raise funds to support working capital on occasions. |
