Skinny, well done, so you don't have money on the brain like a lot and have the good sense to buy something usefull with it when you have it. It doesn't halve take the stress out of life when your home and farm are paid for. Cost of living takes a battering as well. just now about 150 a month is what it costs me and hope to reduce that further next year when the fruit is in production. See you have the opportunity to buy in more of these this morn, as back under 40 again.

Skinny, hope you sold a few this a.m. at mid 50's and bought back tonight in low 40's. These day's I'm too busy to sit and watch the screen every 1/2 hour or so like I use to in the teck boom and again just after the crash in 09, made a small pile then and am sitting on it now with no mortgage.
