I don't think having a private backer charging 3% over LIBOR is dodgy !, the other option would be going to the markets for funding (dilution) but these lot want meat on the bones.

I got no reply to my email to PM, if anyone else wants to have a go, they may well have taken offence at my blunt wording.

I remember a Brokers note giving a 195p price target for PM - Funny - NOT

This seems a good article on pps although it forgot to comment on the doggy or unique funding structure of pps

Herr Gierse's £70k purchase at 105p looking pretty sick at the moment.. as are my much smaller purchases averaging over 70p.

I notice no director purchases since February. Surely if they were good value at 20p they'd be piling in now.

All the fuel cell stocks appear to have tanked since the stellar rises last year so appear to be well out of fashion. As you say above, main issue is trying to commercialise the technology but I am sure the sector will be back in vogue at some point...will sit and wait a bit longer.

StaffChief - So far as I can see they are still haemorrhaging cash - That may be why - Turnover is vanity - Profit is sanity -

It is very odd for the share price to free fall endlessly, given repetitive orders and positive articles as recent as August 2021

Been on my watchlist for over 6 months..seem to have hit the bottom..any views? They should be funded for the next 12 months+ following loan extensions and have growing order book and c45m in quotes out. Only downsides I can see are wafer thin margins and very long sales cycle. Also wonder if the current market popularity for lithium has taken a bit of the shine off PPS. At current level it looks a solid long term hold.

I agree it's been downhill ever since they announced the appointment of Mr Bossi who will be incharge of corporate affairs.

Just wondered where you had read about the 700m.

Regards.

Think that's the overall debt, however am sure they will be looking for funding from various avenues as still heavily loss making and raising funds in an environment of rising interest rates is challenging. In sure you'll agree something is going on that has pushed this back to 2019 levels.

Do you really think that after weeks of constant selling, the mm would take 400k shares at mid !!! really ?

Perhaps something is brewing. The guy who funds this company could want to get new funding in as he is 700m down right now and may be reluctant to spend more or want some repaid.

Must be a sell. So was the 2x50k at around 12:38. Not sure what the sellers knew and what have made them so worried that they had to sell at such a big loss assuming they weren’t in the game years ago

volsung, absolutely. After a classic 2-phase bear run, a bounce initially to 40p is a strong likelihood.
