23/5/2016 22:31 | Thanks very much for the insight... very interesting that the same primary Shareholders have been accruing a massive holding all this time ?! And yet... not too much to write home about in terms of Revenue & Profitability... hmmm? | pottermagic2310
23/5/2016 20:27 | I'm an ex holder here, but keep monitoring this stock. It baffles me. Most of the time when an AIM company wants money it goes to the market, creating millions more shares and decreases the price. They are kind of doing this but selling the stock to the mains shareholders and board. Have you ever heard of any other companies with about 95% owned by the BOD? There are some small movements in the sales department but I would need to look again at the business structure to say where the share could progress to. What is their maximum production capability if they get orders? How many units are already made and in storage? They have a blue chip company that has recently made an order, but getting news from this company has always been difficult. What is going on in China? What about the maritime sales? Alot of unknowns here but you don't need to look too hard to see the potential. The question is that based on past performance, will they deliver and realise that potential? When I have funds available again I might come back into this but it is more of a punt rather than a solid investment based on fundamentals, newsflow and sentiment. | glibgibon
21/5/2016 14:44 | Anybody have a view on the medium-term prospects for this Company ? It seems to be generating some genuine, worthwhile Business finally, which if successful & well-received, might lead to organic growth over the next 2-3 years BUT I notice it carries about £30m of debt, the most recent tranche of which can only sustain its day-to-day Business activities until mid-2018, according to reports ??!!!! I suspect it might be worth a punt at the current SP, with potential to double over the next 18 months... maybe ?? Be interested in views from long-term Shareholders... | pottermagic2310

07/7/2015 20:45 | So what's with the latest price movement? Even a re-rate wouldn't account for such a large gain in the past week. No news that I can see either. They are still making substantial losses and no news of sales or large contracts. News definitely overdue, but that's months overdue and still nothing but silence from the company. The market sees this as a good thing? Any enlightenment out there? | glibgibon

10/5/2015 04:11 | Sounds like an excellent deal for Mr Nahab, one to avoid in my book, free float to director holding is ridiculous, pnly 10%, If Mr Nahab decides to dump a few hundred million of his 596 million on the market "to improve liquidity" the price will tank in an instant IMHO. DYOR. | megordon
15/12/2014 14:42 | from today's rnd they will be issuing 50m new shares per year €10 million loan (the "Loan") with Mr Falih Nahab. 10/6/2014 10:39 | Thanks for the post moosh2: ate: 3/6/14 Broker: Westhouse Company: Proton Power Systems Share price: 7p Target price: 15p Recommendation: Buy Westhouse says that its AIM broking client hydrogen fuel cell and uninterruptible power supply systems supplier Proton Power Systems has an experienced management team and the financial backing of its major shareholder. There should be an initial contribution from solar battery storage operations in 2014. Revenues are expected to more than quadruple to £4.99 million this year but there will be a significant cash outflow during 2014. A trebling of revenues to £15.3 million is expected in 2015 and that should be enough for Proton to breakeven. All this depends on the securing of several large contracts. Net debt was £15.4 million at the end of 2013 and this is expected to increase to £22.2 million by the end of 2014. Another cash outflow is expected in 2015 even though the company is expected to breakeven. The major shareholder and chief executive Dr Faiz Nahab has lent the company 18.9 million and is willing to increase the loan. However, the fact that the chief executive has a 90 per cent shareholding restricts the liquidity of the shares. Westhouse has set a discounted cash flow-based target of 15p a share and has initiated a buy recommendation. The broker believes that news of contract wins could drive the share price in the near-term. | euclid5
