He has been saying that for months if not years . No permits are coming from Spain as they don't even have a government lol . He was trying raise money a lot as well he was told to FA . As for cash Gas is on a low so not much coming in don't forget they have Admin to pay as well the CLN has been keeping this afloat without them it would be bankrupt

There's several posts on their twitter pg gfg1 asking them to confirm they don't need funding after the previous RNS. Probably felt they had to mention it in today's RNS after that.

Surplus funds so generated are being held and accumulated in the Company's investment and joint venture vehicles to provide funding for future projects, in particular the three wells planned in Italy and the five wells going through the permitting process in Spain. Why is he telling lies again . One RNS saying could not get funding . Todays RNS says does not need funding in the space of a couple of weeks. Very very strange . As i said 5.5p CLN due to plus more in March . 2024 . .Mark Routh, Prospex's CEO, commented:"In September 2022 Prospex issued Convertible Loan Notes of aggregate value of GBP500,000 convertible at 5.5p to three individuals to help finance the Company's development project in Italy, which is now in production and generating monthly cash-flow"."The second capital repayment of one-third of the outstanding loans plus accrued interest was due to be repaid on 31 December 2023. I am pleased that all three Convertible Loan Note holders have again decided to take this repayment and interest in shares at the conversion price of 5.5p per share in accordance with the original term of the Notes. This demonstrates another strong vote of confidence in the Company by our supportive Convertible Loan Note holders. Unless also converted, the total remaining 5.5p Convertible Loan Notes plus interest accrued to 31 March 2024 will be GBP175,240 which would convert into 3,186,180 shares".

This is having a small bounce how on earth anyone is buying this poo when they are going raise money after new year is crazy it says it in the RNS so it's going be a lot lower than this next year back to were it was first pumped from 1.5p

While adding new accretive projects is nice it's hard to believe there's much more accretive an opportunity as Prospex just buying back its own shares after these falls today. Seems a little overdone as they're generating good cash & profits here. They should be using a chunk of their cash flows for buy backs here I'd say.

As i type sellers dumping 4.5p now is better than 2 to 3p later he wants to raise a large amount as well so strange just making sure he keeps his wages coming for the next 3 to 4 years which would be over 1 million pounds like football wages lol .

Bad i sold out at 6.40p around that level . I did not buy back at 5.5p again as i felt this time it was going to drop further to many insider big trades going through on the sell side . So to me it's corrupt as FK now here insiders knew he has been after funding as well . Gas is very low price as well so less money coming in so let's see . It's all about the funding coming next year . ITS COMING
