I've been following Proactis for a few weeks and became a shareholder today. It seems undervalued to me. Low PE, good track record, good growth potential.

That’s fine, let L&G keep drip feeding off. I will keep mopping up 1,000 shares a week from them or more at 46p, then wait for the catapult to 110. This is being manipulated as there is no news, but will happen as soon as bidder/MM’s/BoD agree on 110 next week and agree the takeover.?

Don't let prices blind your valuation. Some are ridiculous and will be addressed over the coming months. PHD is moving back to a buy valuation however the selling from L&G is going to hold it back. There are many value plays out there just starting to recover such as NSF and TCN. These are the stocks to buy and hold for when they re-rate.

The market did seem tight end of the day with no shares left under 47p. Wonder if all the 15ks cleared up the remainder and rest completed off book

Agree ff2345, but the drips from L&G are unrealistic offloads, someone could have bought the lot for £250k. The share price will go up to about 65p by the end of next week, then one of the bidders will agree with MM at 110p and we will all be happy, besides the down tampers not invested and need to get a life or move BB’s???

Maybe, but I am fairly confident that small L&G sells will continue daily until sells no longer depress the SP: that will be the "no bid premium" price and we will see a bid very shortly after that.

I also think we are close to that point now.

They will take this down to a level that they can say is a "no bid premium" level. Then the bid will be 50% - 60% above that.

The question is what that "no bid premium" level is!

If they would just finish the price would recover Sharpish and considering we were breaking 60p only a few months ago, if someone does take the remaining 1m odd then we could see this doubling in value very fast

I am wondering why an Investment Management business is drip feeding such small parcels of shares onto the market. One possible idea is that the aim is to establish a "base price" without trashing the SP, and that base price then forms the basis of a bid.

They have sold 500k over the past 3 months whilst they are apparently in a middle of a bid approach. Does not seem to make any sense.

If they knew the bid was NOT coming, and they wanted out, they would just get out without fussing over 25,000 here and 35,000 there.

So I think a bid IS coming, but that it will be around the 75p level. With the drip feeding into the market, and the gradual decline in the SP, this will start to look like an attractive bid.
