Patience all. Jon Strawbery or whoever your name is this week, stop ramping down, like the MM’s. I bought in 3 lots this morning at 10.11 for 5,000, 1041 for 4,000 and a few 12.33 bought 165 to test market, all were buys but came up as sells!!!! The MM’s are manipulating and keeping this low, but not for much longer, once L&G have sold there lot we will get back to 55-60 and then just wait a few more weeks for final bidding furore between 3 buyers and we will hit 115p. DYOR and GLA.

Don't let L&G's enforced selling fool you into cheap sells. Since April last year there's been a steady flow of positive news, and also an FSP with 2/3 interested parties, the outcome of which will be revealed shortly. AGM is end of the month, I expect news of FSP bids before then so that they can be discussed at the AGM.

This company is 24 years old, with many of the directors and senior leaders driving it for most of that time. Look at what others in the same market have achieved in a much shorter timeframe. The potential is huge. The actual is a DOG.

Add that to when L&G have finished there forced closer which is nothing PHD specific as they are closing out many positions across stocks. This has created a perfect environment to damage sentiment and the share price . Any day now I am expecting 50-60% rise in one day

38p by end of Jan is my prediction. Add that to your list.
It will get to 18p on news of the collapse of the FSP, and then hopefully the major shareholders will see some sense, oust the board and the re-build can begin. (Fingers crossed it will be that, rather than an asset sale.)
If I’m wrong and the FSP concludes with a sale at £1+ then I’ll take delight in being wrong.

It wont be going anywhere until L & G sell out. Showing a drop today but clearly more buys than sells. Titan has clearly forgot his old login so started a new one.

Peter L&G are selling into the market. If it was a case that someone wanted L&Gs stock it would probably have been done off market.

With Institutions it may be certain criteria for the fund such as only investing in companies over 50M MC. There can be a number of reasons.

A question as to why only L&G of the II’s are selling, does not make sense unless someone is buying on behalf of a bidder and has inside knowledge? Or L&G are selling to a known bidder on purpose?

It is good to see the almost daily RNS. We would not get that without the FSP. Need someone with deep pockets to swallow the rest and then we can start to re rate to a more sensible level.

This new partnership / tie up with Fiscal can only strengthen the hand of the BoD to either go it alone or insist on 110-125p for any EOI parties or the original investment company in the US wanting to buy PHD. We should see some decision one way or the other before month out and share price going up to 55p by the end of this week.

I was thinking the same thing p1nk, I'm sure this kind of partnership will only have a positive impact on the APF rollout. Perhaps now we will see some updates on that front.

Fiscal might be of use in AFP as well as The Business Network and not just in particular customer/company installations. They have SAP on theorcwebsite too.
