02/10/2019 17:29 | Turned down an offer of 100p? Is this based on anything that I've missed while gallivanting? | cmackay
02/10/2019 16:48 | Agree total market across the board is down but yet still some 20,000 and 40,000 buys around, in small and medium buys, someone is buying up all that the PI’s are selling within minutes of sells. Looking good I think for a buyout at say 115, PHD board just considering there next move after turning down an offer at 100p. | 97peter
02/10/2019 16:15 | Market is down today | welsheagle

02/10/2019 13:51 | Value recovery | titanblack
02/10/2019 13:17 | They are also looking to achieve value release and that is not current share price else SEC would have sold out now if they thought this is as good as it gets. They must think better is possible else why hang about and see opportunity cost stack up. | p1nkfish
02/10/2019 13:06 | Yep you could interpret it that way. | titanblack
02/10/2019 12:19 | Nothing in that write up that wasnt public domain since Feb.It actually backs up my argument is that they are working with management. Yes, the current management you berate. Unlike the callous institutions that jumped ship at the first sign of issues. In this case they haven't and must like the new direction.FSP, APF and progress update all in October. It will be rewarding for the genuine investors here. | lewis winthorpe
02/10/2019 12:15 | SEC bought, they were wrong. They can be wrong on a sell too. | p1nkfish
02/10/2019 11:38 | I’m just waiting for a post from blind faith Lewis saying how wrong SEC is with their write up. | titanblack
02/10/2019 10:39 | The market, including the software sector are all sharply down today. From SGE, MCRO, CCC, SCT, ... all are down. For us, any news regarding the approaches they received will propel us to new highs. One month has now passed since their announcement of 29th of August. | fuji99
02/10/2019 09:26 | Business-wise, I think Proactis have done pretty well this year so far. It is also normal that any investor, Strategic Equity being one of them, would always like to get better value from any investment as we do of course, hoping the share price to reach 150p - 200p as well very quickly. If one looks at the new customers won below, it is not bad at all. So better days ahead. | fuji99
02/10/2019 08:48 | Strategic Equity ownership % is not even mentioned in PHD list of major shareholders. Lombard Odier Asset Management (Europe):10.56% Artemis Investment Management LLP: 10.24% Mr Rodney Potts: 9.45% Fidelity International:7.37% GVQ Investment Management: 6.41% | fuji99

02/10/2019 08:36 | Yes fuji. I hope management prevail as Rod Jones did vs ISIS Equity Partners a few years back. They sold out in the end and then PHD took off. | p1nkfish
02/10/2019 08:14 | Clear they want it to be taken over to get quickly the maximum value when one reads. "We remain engaged with management, the board and other shareholders to determine the best route to value recovery. The company commenced a formal sales process post period end." | fuji99
02/10/2019 07:53 | Strategic Equity Capital final results are out. Proactis comment. I hope Sykes has enough balls to stick to growing and paying down debt and not just flogging the company to keep the likes of SEC happy. Talking to ther shareholders, keep it legal lads. "Proactis was the major disappointment. Ongoing growth and retention issues with the acquired Perfect Commerce business led to the company warning on profit expectations in February. Downgrades, combined with concerns over the balance sheet and institutional shareholder selling led to a very large de-rating. The developments were exceptionally disappointing given the apparent progress the business had made in other areas and the long term strategic opportunities we envisioned. We remain engaged with management, the board and other shareholders to determine the best route to value recovery. The company commenced a formal sales process post period end." | p1nkfish
02/10/2019 00:24 | So did they announce any news today at the conference? | knowing
01/10/2019 15:31 | Ticking it down by 1p a day again in preparation for Fridays onslaught. Getting predictable from the mm’s. | cureboy
01/10/2019 11:52 | These marketing/sales people can be quite annoying.... "Break some exciting news"....."Sooo exciting".....not. | ff2345
01/10/2019 11:49 | Well it looks like a marketing exercise, which wouldn't generally be price sensitive. Imho | cmackay
01/10/2019 11:38 | No RNs so I guess what he had to say wasn't that new or revolutionary. | ff2345
