The one thing I think we can all agree on is that management past and present have completely screwed this opportunity for staff, customers and investors. There is no bid coming because none of the proper companies in this space would touch it with a barge pole. They can't grow out of this either because they've spent so much time cleaning up their own mess the market has moved on. It's not so much that the horse has bolted, it's had a long and happy life and is now being melted down for soap.

Hardly any left now at 56 could surge over 60 before close

I'm retired now, but I have been approached about exactly that. It's one of the options on the table but the current shareholding makes it tough to wrestle control.

Agree with Titan on all points, this needs new Mgmt and direction now! This share price should be between 257 and 343 now. The takeover if serious from US would have been in by now at 150p and deal done. I am holding like Titan for the long term not a quick 110p offer.

Why don't you put your offer forward to the company, take it over at say £1 per share and take it private and do whatever you want to mgmt? wtf u just here to moan?

Surely you are not a party that trying to stop another part from taking it over? or even worse...

60p to be broken before up trend resumes above 99p

You guys haven't listened to a word I have said.
I have said this is a good stock with lots of promise... it's just that if we want it to mirror the success of its peers in this market it needs to radically change things.
If you're happy with the returns the FSP should bring, good on you. I'm not - I think this company could be worth so much more were its management team not tired, old and out of ideas.
The fact it has reached the dizzying heights of 56 english pennies today is wonderful for you all.... but in this market, with these sales, and with its customer base, it should be trading at £5 per share, and that's taking a cautious view based on peer performance in this space.
The reason the II's "so callously" dumped (to bring the price crashing) is because they realized it will never get there in it's current guise. I promise you, if the FSP doesn't bear fruit and they replace the clowns Aubrey, McDonut and Sykes with people who have the energy, creativity and vision to execute properly then you'll see this stock align with its peers (and head upwards towards this kind of level).

Proactis Software is used for saving time and money and increase efficiency. To me this is a tool for "all seasons" - This could be in great demand during a good economic environment or a recession. So they could make loads of money under any economic situation.

massive gap to fill to a £1 and rumours way back of an 85p-95p initial bid.

Breaks 60p and its off to the races.
