I also don't get why PHD keep putting these contract wins etc on the website as a news release then RNS is days later..Surely its diluting the news much better to release RNS and update website at the same time..

Looks like every sell, 10% goes to a retail buyer and 90% to fill an order behind the scenes.

Someone is accumulating, RNS will be needed in the end.

Coupa Software trades at 31x Sales.So on that basis, I doubt the Proactis Directors would recommend any bid less than 1698p per share.
