23/5/2024 09:45 | Just shows: you can still be incompetent even if you are listed! And what a terrible waste of money to splash out on a listing ... and for what, precisely?? | ![]() 2magpies
23/5/2024 09:43 | Basically, anyone who bought at 6p now has NEGATIVE return. That's 'investment' folks!! | ![]() 2magpies
23/5/2024 09:33 | Sp has collapsed 37.5% since 21st Mar. The market's verdict on the 'investment genius' of the PRIM bod. What a shower! | ![]() 2magpies
22/5/2024 16:25 | No chance. BB Stock thread. If you don't like it, filter me. Oh no, you can't can you ..... only a 'bluey' can filter another 'bluey'. Shall carry on posting. Delisting is best .... if you don't like opinions. | ![]() 2magpies
22/5/2024 16:04 | And good luck to you too. But do remember: you don't HAVE to remain listed, to do what you are doing. | ![]() 2magpies
22/5/2024 16:00 | I think you will find you are in a minority with most investors here who were very happy to share a £2.1 m pot recently. Shame you missed out but good luck elsewhere. | ![]() betterupthandown1
22/5/2024 15:58 | "chutes01 22 May '24 - 15:51 - 3510 of 3511 0 0 0 Well said Paddington, get him out of this investment Clearly not suited for them You make some great points Onwards with PRIM" Not ANOTHER alias, surely?? I don't believe it. | ![]() 2magpies
22/5/2024 15:56 | Sore point touched it seems. Emotion: not good for investment decisions. Best to de-list, methinks. | ![]() 2magpies
22/5/2024 15:51 | Well said Paddington, get him out of this investment Clearly not suited for them You make some great points Onwards with PRIM | ![]() chutes01
22/5/2024 15:09 | butd1 Bottom line? PRIM should be doing better than it is. The share price will always be the ONLY verdict that matters. Otherwise you may as well de-list and do as you please. You may find joy in the playing, but the score is what counts in the end. No? | ![]() 2magpies
22/5/2024 14:59 | I dont get caught up in share price fluctuations like many short term investors. the share price going down is bad for mtm calculations but good for those looking to invest. If you are happy with the investments and management then that is far more important than what the share price is doing as you have seen we paid out a 35% dividend and so have stuck to our word about benefiting shareholders. You give the impression that you are not very happy with the way the company is investing and so maybe you should invest in a company with a strategy that you are more aligned with. The market will do what the market does and if that involves different investors than so be it. | ![]() betterupthandown1
22/5/2024 14:29 | butd1 Thanks for your post 3503 (and all the others). Of course, you are perfectly entitled to disagree - goes without saying. However, this particular bit of your commentary : "If you are not happy then please invest elsewhere" .. isn't that rather unbecoming of someone of your experience? One has seen such comments before, but nearly always from those who are newbies to stocks and shares. As you certainly know, the market is always listening, and its verdict is reflected in the share price performance. What do you want the market to do about it? Move on to another stock? Surely not!! | ![]() 2magpies
22/5/2024 14:02 | Nice to see Paddington responding, and look forward to the next pay day as Fresho delivers GLA | ![]() chutes01
22/5/2024 13:24 | Hi, Im sorry I dont understand your logic. As Directors we have plenty of exposure to Prim -in fact we are limited in how much more we can buy as we are fairly close to the 30% takeover limit. The fact that directors should invest themselves should be more of a comfort blanket. As Directors we make risk based assessments on investment opportunities and the metrics on how much we should invest. The Directors deemed £500k was what we were prepared to invest which might change depending on the company progress. The Director who invested independently was given the opportunity from a separate source to invest £150k after we had agreed to invest £500k from Primorus. I only benefit from the trade if Prim benefits as my exposure to this trade is through Prim. You clearly dont listen or see what is happening here as yes money will be distributed where circumstances allows. If you are not happy then please invest elsewhere as there are so many other Aim companies who will happily take your money with little chance of you ever seeing it again. Self indulgent we are not so on this occasion I have to disagree with you | ![]() betterupthandown1
22/5/2024 09:17 | Hi butd1 In this transaction : PRIM money is helping the other direct investors. Would the other investors have still bought without the 'comfort blanket' of PRIM money? This is how it apppears to me -- correct me if I'm wrong! Best to use PRIM money only, and then use YOUR money to buy shares in PRIM: you get indirect exposure, like the rest of us. Seems to me: As it stands, if PRIM disposes of this investment (at a profit), you -- and that director, gain personally/immediate Happy to be corrected, as always. | ![]() 2magpies
21/5/2024 11:57 | 2magpies rather self indulgent? explain and actually one of our directors put in £150k of their own money and a quarter of Prim money invested is mine so confused. Yellow666 not sure I've ever used the words you quote me as having said, but yes We do expect a positive outcome and liquidity event( no timeline is ever guaranteed). It is not for me to discuss why certain investors sell a holding in a company( there are many reasons) but we are more interested at the company prospects which we think are extremely positive with capable management team and Chairman( worth doing some research). We feel the price we paid is great value. | ![]() betterupthandown1
16/5/2024 12:31 | I’m sure Paddington will explain the rationale | ![]() chutes01
16/5/2024 12:26 | Do wonder what the logic of this investment is, Prim (Rupert) has said before they will only invest where a liquidity event is on the horizon or words to that effect. Now we can guess that with the recent investment in Fresho a liquidity event is being planned etc. But with Virtualstock to buy off an existing shareholder (unless distressed) you would ask why didn't they just hold on and not wait. Perhaps Rupert you can expand ? | ![]() yellows666
16/5/2024 10:46 | I assume the real mover for this is fresho. If something happens with alte that would be a positive I hope | ![]() trawl |
