Board invested in GGP at a fraction of today's price. Massive outperformance. Salaries are a tiny fraction of the gain on that investment. what chance new mob can perform as well?

I would hope so. I believe our company’s directors remuneration is outlandish. Not only do we need no more than two directors, those directors should take a cut in their pay.....

He's still in here just quieter for the moment...You'll be able to tell if he isn't in here anymore as he will need to issue an RNS.

PRIM's AGM tomorrow I believe. I don't think that would have happened without Dana's intervention. Incidentally, how did you use your vote b00mb0y? Will we lose a director tomorrow?

Just catching up here. So... PRIM sell GGP at a price which lets be honest, could have been better. They use this cash to invest in Zuuse

"Alastair Clayton is a long term shareholder in Zuuse and post Transaction would have a shareholding of circa 1.4% of the fully diluted enlarged issued capital of Zuuse."

*as per latest RNS*

Interesting and not sure I like it, BUT, maybe he knows more about Zuuse and its potential.

Kept as cash and some used for running expenses. If they've got back just under £900k from the 6M GGP sale then about £200k is still needed for this Zuuse investment so that's come from existing cash.

What did PRIM do with the £1m from the previous GGP sale ?

They must have thought that the deal being down with Zuuse was so good it was worth taking some GGP off the table. In October 2018 they invested 500,000 AUD in Zuuse. About a year later they got all the cash back, 57,205 shares (valued at 1 AUD each after last capital raise) and 1 million options at 0.5 AUD exercise price.Their only regret was they didn't have more funds available to invest at the time..So, time will tell whether this is better than keeping the money in GGP

What do you mean paid off? The three new directors are going through due diligence which will result in Donald Strang's resignation. AGM vote this month likely to result in Julian Taylor-Firth not being re-elected. So, only AC left from the 3 musketeers. If salaries brought to heel then the expense and disruption of an EGM has been avoided...

Not sure why they sold at 15p when the recent high was c.26p ffs!

Let's hope they put some in OMI which could do a mini-GGP DYOR.....

Oh dear. What have they done? So much for holding on to GGP etc etc. The official yet puerile tweets from the company was the last straw for me!

John, a crook - based on what ? Someone on the LSE board has given a very thorough assessment of the situation and believes a good deal has been done.

From the RNS on LSE. Missed the first paragraph and only read the second ;-(

To part fund its participation in the Transaction, the Company has sold 6,000,000 Greatland Gold PLC ("Greatland") shares at an average realised price of £0.148 per share through a structured series of sales in the weeks leading up to the Transaction.

As part of the Transaction and also as part of our commitment to realising some profits, we have sold 6,000,000 Greatland Gold shares over recent weeks. Thus far, we have recovered our entire original investment in Greatland, approximately £625,000, grossed a further circa £1,200,000 in cash and retain 20,000,000 shares (54% of our original stake of 37,000,000 shares) at a zero net cost with a mark to market value of about £4 million. This is by any measure an outstanding result."

Pokerchum - straight from the RNS: "the Company has sold 6,000,000 Greatland Gold PLC ("Greatland") shares at an average realised price of GBP0.148 per share". I'll happily play poker with you any time!

The RNS states quite clearly they sold 6million for £1.2million - 20p/share. How have you calculated 0.148p ?

I'm not sure the Alba RNS was as clear cut as that:

They sold down from 3.57% to 2.99% on 2nd March 2018 to go below the reporting threshold.

At that time they still retained 69,833,333.

Once below the threshold there would have been no more RNS's but that's not to say PRIM didn't retain some.

No mention of the sale in PRIM's reporting since then AFAICS.

An outstanding result selling 6m Greatland Gold at average 0.148p per share.
You have to laugh at the muppets running PRIM, unless you have shares in them.

Primorus declared a Tr1 back in 2018 notifying they had gone below 3% with alba holdings and do not hold any interest in the company to date.Hope this clarifies the question.
