Solid buying today. At this rate could soon be testing high of 78p reached on 05/02/2007. Amazing, espeically given recent market downturn.

The price here has held up remarkably well on the back of those director sales & the current mkt weakness. With around only 6 weeks to the results we could be in for further upward movement in the share price as those results approach.
I'm fully loaded with these at the moment but tempted to add if the market volatility subsides..

RNS today advising 2 Directors have sold more shares, this time at 70p. I hope these will be placed quickly. IMHO expect share price retreat. Liarspoker - No take-out yet then. A shame.

Unfortunately no, I sold out of these some time ago, at a loss. Been watching since and seeing it tick up, but not been convinced enough to get back in. Certainly think something has stirred up this interest though I cannot rule out it being a by-product of M&A activity elsewhere, there has been a lot of it.

Thinking now though, that I may have missed the boat :-(

Looking at it now, with the recent rising pattern after a long slow quiet spell... you can't help asking if something is stirring. Anyone close to the rumour mill?

With the Kaye's involvement there's always the possibility of a larger company running the slide rule over them. I remember in the ASK days they would often report on xmas trading.

I think trading has been positive, but don't think the price is jumping because of that. I think it's because people are starting to realise how overlooked PPRZ has been relative to all the other young growing leisure/restaurant sector shares (e.g. COH, LAT). Then there's the small chance that there's a bigger company casting keen eye over PRZ as a whole.

sper - doing some delving it looks like RNS was in order to comply with the EU Transparency Directive following its implementation through the provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Lots of other companies issuing such notices as to how many shares in issue.

DVS did the same this week. Comment on that BB related to concern of the company that without accurate total shares in issue, those that hold more than 3% cannot reliably declare their interest.

PRZ might have concerns that there are shareholders with over 3% who have not declared. It is the shareholders responsibility to declare it.

If you look back I flagged that the size of the deals when the shares were changing hands when Jonathan Kaye sold part of his holding probably should have given rise to a declaration. But there has been none.

RNS issued today confirming total number of shares in issue (227,305,126).
Curious as to the reason why such announcement made. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Sell 400 and the price drops, buy just under 2000 and it climbs - this is not going to take to much to get it climbing IMHO, just need the interest in it

LaTasca is up approx 16% over the last month but that may be on the back of rumour.

Just wait til investors get paid out on Pizza Express/Gondala, there will be a wall of money chasing these shares.
