08/8/2006 11:48 | Going to close most of the non performing Chimichanga chain I believe. | liquidkid
02/8/2006 14:15 | At least jonathans is successful | wowy
02/8/2006 12:23 | re my post 269 it looks that they have closed imho in stanmore. I am not surprised as it was always empty when i went past it. If they are going to try a new format on this site it will be the third shopfit in a couple of years.what a waste of shareholders funds. The other restaurants in stanmore are always packed so this format ie imho isnt working in this area. ask, jonathans and pizza express are successful here | haroldthegreat
28/7/2006 09:15 | hmm it's ticked down on no volume... given the recent trading/movement relationship... we need to see some selling so it can continue going up, lol. | factsonly
27/7/2006 16:53 | Tullius you wasted my time with a link to a site which has nothing to do with PRZ - useless spanner | sper
27/7/2006 16:39 | Check out: | tullius
27/7/2006 16:26 | Up again on virtually no volume at all - mmmmmm | sper
26/7/2006 17:18 | Maybe the MMs have accumulated sufficient levels of stock which they want to sell at much higher prices. | factsonly
26/7/2006 14:53 | A very small sale and it bounces up after opening down. Please sell more so that we can tick up and up! | sper
25/7/2006 17:11 | More ticks up and if you look at the timing of the deals and the price changes I reckon a lot of those sells were actually buys | sper
25/7/2006 11:36 | Do you think, therefore that there must be something keep the price up when they have been keen to drop it on selling/weakness in recent weeks? | sper
25/7/2006 10:37 | small selling...and the price is still up... the MMs are really taking the p1ss. | factsonly
25/7/2006 08:57 | Another discreet tick up this morning on no volume. | sper
24/7/2006 14:02 | I cant believe it deserved it! Might be some concern for the impact of the world cup but La Tasca was not hit as hard as this. I'm inclined to top up but want to see a bit more support, but then I said that for BVIC and it's flown up in two days. Ho hum, still better to wait a little than chuck some more good money after bad | sper
24/7/2006 13:58 | Something is wrong here... it's ticked up! Can't believe PRZ is down 25% from it's peak a short while ago, whilst the general market is only down 8% or so in the same period. | factsonly
20/7/2006 19:51 | Factsonly Depends how fast they are expanding. IMHO the recent share price drop (ouch! that hurt)has been driven by obvious market sentiment and a shift of followers from Prezzo to Tasty. I would take it as a buying opertunity if I didnt already have just under 300K shares. Exit price 80p time frame 2008. wowy | wowy
20/7/2006 11:02 | I just thought of something... all that money raised from issuing new shares @ 60p each? should be used to buy back the same number of shares. There will be a lot of spare money left over, more than enough surely to fund rapid growth or the coming year at least. | factsonly
17/7/2006 12:11 | The share price is currently sitting on support line. Has dropped far more than the wider market (which has been recovering, unlike PRZ). I just want to see all the nervous investors sellout in one go and not drip sell slowly, the weak and faithless don't deserve any rewards. | factsonly
17/7/2006 08:22 | I dont understand the share weakness. Unless they are considering another share issue and dilution of existing shareholdings. It has been a little while since we have had any news, specifically whether they were positively or negatively impacted by the world cup. A bid is always a risk, but I'm not sure it would fit with management plans as they would be looking for a much greater return over time. But that said, it does depend a little on how well they could defend it. | sper
16/7/2006 09:18 | I as thinking more on the lines of 7%+ like for like increases and also growth of new restaurants on top of that. I'm worried that if the PRZ share price continues showing this weakness that it might get snapped up for cheap by someone else. | factsonly
13/7/2006 16:13 | I'd expect a big drop if PRZ only managed 7% with as many new store openings. Like for like might be ok. That would keep the forward pe to about 23 if they kept the same level of margin. | sper
13/7/2006 16:00 | Anyone else notice the good news in Gondola holdings (owner of pizza express and etc) results? their sales were up 7%... bodes well for prz. | factsonly
11/7/2006 11:58 | Prezzo dividend payment to be received today. | liveinhope
09/7/2006 20:13 | every time i go past immo in stanmore it is empty ,whereas pizza express and jonathans are full anyone else noticed how the immo format is doing in their area? | haroldthegreat |
