Apad,

Agree with that, always been conservative at PRES so spending on the freehold says lots though perhaps using some of the money they had set aside to buy another 40% of Kelley which is less likely now imo.

Not long to the agm now.

Obviously low oil price does not help, but then again oil industry needs PRES technology to reduce costs.

Trumped by the purchase of property I believe. A very strong message about company confidence.

A lot depends on current trading and how much the oil price fall interferes with the medium term outlook. PRES is reasonably well diversified and has a strong balance sheet but still depends heavily on the oil industry, where cuts in capex are obviously being made.

Still under £3 but not for long as full 300p to buy and good premium to sell

Yes, a good move. Much better to own your premises and gives the group better asset backing medium term as well as saving money.

I think the advantage of that RNS is that it gives the impression of "business as usual". They would hardly spend money on the freehold if they were under pressure for cash. This adds more to the bottom line, which can only be a good thing.

550p in mid December guess the bounce has much more legs than current 30p looks a good bet to break back above 300p early in the morning.

A good sign this, no obvious need to preserve cash.
