What % of revenue is Oil & & Gas ?
Yes they are maybe making strides to diversify into other mkts, but does anyone have any % breakdown by division ?

interesting to see a number of respected investors here all watching, as i am myself. With the share price more than halved from it's recent highs and per of around 8 based on forecasts it may look undervalued but looking forward it's hard to predict.

Perhaps a telling sign has been that there's been no director buying at this level, which suggests a measure of uncertainty in itself perhaps.

It's on my watch list!

No position here currently but, as previously posted, I think the next set of results will be pretty decent. Its the set after that which is I suspect likely to take a hit. Of course this is all guesswork as PRES refuse to be open about the size of their order book. All IMHO.

Not surprised if PRES continues to fall to 287 now.

I think a lot depends on what the next set of interims show. If the earnings drop off more than say 20% then this will be down for a while. If the earnings are up though then there will be a quick bounce from here.

The oil service sector is getting hammered, anyone's guess where the bottom is
Once the carnage is over there will be some bargains around
I have 40% of my SIPP at cash,i intend to buy PRES and GMS as long term investments

Narrowest spread I think I have ever seen here ONLY 1p-

Possible interpretation a b
BIG seller in the background and MM's are trying to tempt possible bottom fishers before the knife continues to fall.

Looks to me as though nearly all players in the oil services sector have a lot more pain to come as crunch time hit capital expenditure.

Any targets for the bottom here ??

The old saying Never catch a falling knife springs to mind at the moment

I did some very conservative calculations assuming that 20% of the profit is lost in the current oil market and fair value came out at 367p. Trouble is in a weak market like this shares will just drop without any support.

Stardrops2 - perhaps better than you'd have hoped for - PRES in the 340s now. Go for it.

Yep, but is does not mean all shares will underperform in Jan/Feb.
In particular, the FTSE100 is falling and will probably continue to do so over the next few sessions. But that may not be true for a lot of AIM shares.

I will be tucking a few of these away mid to late Feb at around 340p hopefully

Looks like a decent business undervalued by the market at the moment. Will keep an eye on it looking for a good entry point.

ConocoPhillips have cut their capital budget by 20% in response to the fall in oil prices. So although this is not great, it is not quite the end of the world that some are predicting.

Good article IC,

I especially like the line:

“My belief is that biomethane production in China will be bigger than the rest of the world combined,”
