24/10/2004 10:19 | I have had quite a few telephone conversations with Mr David the company secretary and at least two phone calls after the interim results but he never gives any think away what so ever, all he does is refer to the published statements all ready made by Pressac. For my sins, I am the biggest private shareholder in Pressac( or so Mr David has told me) holding over 1% and I have talked with Mr David at some length about the problems with the company. | jack.f
23/10/2004 00:35 | Well I took the bull by the horns today and called the company. I asked them what they were to do to install investor confindence. Yes Sir no Sir was what I was given. I said when are the shareholders going to be given some posiitve news ? I got the reply that discussions were in progress. What do you mean I said ? Discussions were in progress they said ! What discussions I rasked ? We cannot tell you at his stage came the reply. Well is this TT actually going to make a full blown bid now the share price is so depressed ? It cwertainly would not suprise me. | 247
22/10/2004 23:27 | Worth a bloody gamble more than the 3.30 at Haydock ! | the knowing
22/10/2004 19:44 | TK, I total agree, at this level in my opinion there worth the risk, but I still believe it will take 12 to 24 months, but hopefully by then we will see Pressac well into double figures. | jack.f
22/10/2004 19:40 | Been holding for 3 years. I've been very tempted since sub 10p to average down. Good news re orders, promised by a "reliable" source, has twice failed to materialise. Once in June, and earlier this month. I do believe 6p is the bottom but I thought that at 8p. I think I'd rather get back into PRSC on a rebound than try to pick the bottom. | mcfctrader
22/10/2004 19:33 | Del It depends how many you hold ;-) I think some positive vibes and this could do very well. Worth tucking a few away. | the knowing
22/10/2004 19:31 | I am just pleased to see some steady buying today and hope it continues, we may even see another 0.25p to 0.5p up next week, who knows? I could be a millionaire by this time next year. Regards, Del Boy | jack.f
22/10/2004 15:29 | So who on here is actually holding ? | the knowing
22/10/2004 13:15 | Someone wants to keep their position open. | the knowing
22/10/2004 12:26 | Lets hope so!! | dubbsie
22/10/2004 12:16 | LOL Maybe it's time for this to turn then ;-) | the knowing
22/10/2004 10:35 | Before you arrived TK there were weeks without any postings | dubbsie
22/10/2004 10:26 | Quiet in here today. | the knowing
21/10/2004 22:33 | There seem to be two reasons why the directors haven't bought shares at these levels....either they see no hurry or they have had some kind of low-key approach which prevents them from dealing. Their bankers hold the whip-hand, who would like a bid which gives them greater security - even if the bid price for the equity seemed low. They can't easily pull the rug provided the interest is paid and covenants aren't breached. | hooley
21/10/2004 15:55 | Agree Jack Still buyers keep appearing so expect a recovery of sorts. We have had RDN confirm takeover talks in progress and market seems rife for it so heres hoping that the eventual TT bid does materialise. | the knowing
21/10/2004 15:35 | Has much as I would like to see Pressac go through the roof, I do not think much will happen short term unless they come out with very good news or a bid from TT and I am not going to hold my breath waiting for that to happen . In the short term it would be nice to see Webb or other investment funds buying the stock to support the share price at this level. Please lets not get into name calling, this has been a good BB and there has been good posts for and against Pressac. We all have difference opinion but lets keep the posts constructive. | jack.f
21/10/2004 11:45 | Knowing - why do you post such lies, when you have an online account and can easily check the online price(which happens to be below full offer, as I've just checked)?? Rgds dell | dell314
21/10/2004 11:26 | Morning dubbsie. Someone either has a bad broker or the online price has risen to full offer ;-) | the knowing
21/10/2004 10:44 | TK, OK now we have that cleared up let hope TT buy this damn company!! | dubbsie
21/10/2004 09:51 | Would be nice to see if the MMs will raise this quickly to capitalise on the stock they have bought. | the knowing
20/10/2004 22:28 | Well two days blue let's hope that this can continue. MMs seem to be happy to move it up quickly. | the knowing
20/10/2004 19:42 | The first two 250Ks are a rollover. The second a BUY. There are also two 60Ks which look like a rollover but are not ;-) | the knowing
20/10/2004 17:42 | I think they're all the same trade ( the first being market makers)... someone taking a 15k punt at 6p this morning??? | miamisteve |
