27/4/2004 09:27 | late ... you have to ask yourself why are they being charged this much interest ... and why have they agreed to pay it? | kiwihope
27/4/2004 09:06 | ttg may sense a nil premium merger, some parts of it make money, and down here its valued at less than 10m, that is not a lot for revenue of 130 ish, didnt see a need for rights issue but refinance every year???? that has to be costing at least 1% of the debt/facility, where are they getting this money from some bloke on the street corner | latestarter
27/4/2004 08:56 | Yep ... only had a few but sold first thing. Second time I've lost money on pressac and it will be my last. At operational level not too bad ... in the black at pretax level, but tax a problem and increasing debt/interest, plus strong hints about need to refinance ... rights issue? Decided risk/return balance too poor. | kiwihope
27/4/2004 08:56 | not a good show chaps,one of those things i suppose | empirestate
27/4/2004 08:42 | Big debts. Too big momma. | farsight
27/4/2004 08:38 | bloody hell libor + 4-5 % on interest and tax rate of 116% no wonder they aint making money | latestarter
27/4/2004 08:36 | as i said; "stock will not be 15.5 on may 1st" on these dismal figures and horrible statement probably .12pence what were 'ttg' thinking about buying into this !!!??? what was i thinking about !! mea culpa. rescue bid on the way at -10 pence ? | cg1953
26/4/2004 17:11 | no, she wouldn't give that away, but someone getting 15 bid i reckon is a good sign | empirestate
26/4/2004 16:38 | empire ... do you know what day? | kiwihope
26/4/2004 08:43 | ah well , i certainly hope the results will spark prsc into life | empirestate
23/4/2004 14:40 | results are definately next week as per the FD's secretary | empirestate
23/4/2004 08:16 | reasons to be cheerfull; i placed a cheeky buy order first thing yesterday am. the offered price then immediately changed to -17. i did not deal. or perhaps mm anticipating news, but not the relocation of there hq !!! one things for sure; this stock will not be 15.5 on may 1st !!! | cg1953
22/4/2004 17:55 | Acknowledge what you say growbag, but good to see with what looks to be all selling the price held, albeit modest selling.Normally with this share any sign of selling price drops. | partner
22/4/2004 16:35 | they can raise the price more and more, it suits me fine | empirestate
22/4/2004 16:23 | the rns-so that is why the price has gone up-nice | empirestate
22/4/2004 16:03 | No - they don't know anymore than you or I. This is one of the oldest MMs weases in the book. It's about the MMs trying to get punters to think that they (the MMs) know something they (the punters) don't. It's one way to create a market and increase turnover in stock. Increase the prices, people jump aboard (MMs sell stock and make money). There is a general belief that MMs have 'an inside track' - and they love to play on this. The fact is, most of the time, the MMs know no more than you do (but as you can see, they can make money by exploiting this false belief). In this case, they know there is growing speculation about the TT stake, and a potential bid. They can exploit this by increasing the share price, knowing that people will assume that the MMs 'know something' - because people also want to believe it. Don't be sucked in! | growbag
22/4/2004 15:39 | do they know something that everyone else doesn't | empirestate
22/4/2004 14:01 | Why the 5% jump on zero trades? | mcfctrader
22/4/2004 13:42 | ok at 50p it would give me a profit of £47,740. with which i would put a nice little deposit on a property in Dubai, which is set to become the biggest global attraction for tourists in the next 5 years and property should atleast go up by 400%, which will be nice | empirestate
22/4/2004 13:35 | The papers always suggested a bid of around 50p !!.What would you do with all that extra cash?.We can but dream. | partner
22/4/2004 11:57 | would 25p be acceptable then | empirestate
22/4/2004 11:17 | as i sit here in hope, wouldn't it be fantastic to see a 30 pence offer for the company and i would walk out with a nice £19,740 profit | empirestate
22/4/2004 09:10 | early mark up or r there a few delayed trades gonna show.positive from here, let us hope results are in the latter part of next week so she can have a little run | empirestate
21/4/2004 14:20 | couple of small t10's closing, still think the outcome will be positive come next week.debt is one thing , but i do think there is plenty more enterprise value on the street than the current mcap would suggest | empirestate
21/4/2004 10:15 | all the above makes one wonder why 'ttg' made an 'investment' a couple of years ago at about the current price. either they will bid, someone else will bid or else, so far, it looks like a very poor use of there shareholders funds !!! on a brighter note; i know of a listed company interested in 'only some' of prsc's assets !!! | cg1953 |
