Warrants at a 42.75p price with the current share price of c. 90p is surely effectively a placing?... although with a 5 year window in which to buy... but why would anyone wait?

At least as a RB holder I should get a few!!

One thing's for sure ...the market will have its games before we arrive at full and proper judgement.

Company mid-term survival ensured. Strong prospects for growth with asset and portfolio developments permitted. Tony obviously has opportunity mapped.

Peeps might freak at the word "dilution" in any RNS though it's a positive in this context imo.

Not a holder but take a passing interest in PMO. This deal removes the uncertainty surrounding the company's current and future solvency, that alone is worth a relief rally. Dilution yes, bankruptcy no.

PMO can now move forward and do what they are paid to do..Still a great company

anyway what the market thinks short term is was it is and will be....but they are now refinanced, she's not going bust or needing to dilute us into oblivion....

My concern is not the refinancing news, but the fact Marv has bought back in....surely that's got to be a bad omen!
