Think there all in Cahoots these Analyst's and shorter's. Deutsche bank issued a 'BUY' on Premier yesterday and today it's a 'HOLD'. What's changed since yesterday.....oh yeah a shorter scum phone call probably to Deutsche bank saying 'Do us a favour lads chance your 'BUY' recommendation for us so we make a few quid and we'll see you alright...wink wink!!!

Apparently Deutsche Bank have downgraded PMO to a hold today...not seen report only mentions on other site.

Looks like the shorting scum have a free ride for the time being...weve had the refinancing news, oil is still over $55 and yet support for the shares is waning :(

Yanks seem happy to sell down the oil price every time it goes over $54 WTI / $57 Brent

Will need some evidence that OPEC cuts are outperforming increased US production before we can get up towards $60
