ARCM, acted illegally by not disclosing and now aggressively shorting in an attempt to crash PMO.
How can that be explained away as "We are supportive of PMO, and we Made a Mistake and were unaware we had to disclose"

In a fair and just world the courts would take action against ARCM and force them to abandon their short positions.

We know its not though, and I hope that PMO management have something up their sleeves that will fire a shot right across ARCM bow.
