As we did with assuming ownership of (shhhhh, I won't mention it!) when the partner handed us the asset in exchange for writing off the carry/loan. Just a pity one of the two wells didn't hit the sweet spot.

Completely different scale of project down the FI's of course

I'm pretty sure that PMO's share of SL and the near field potential contains much more oil than Zama, and offers much higher income terms.... Plus it's much closer to getting the green light.

Sure there are additional risks in opening up a totally virgin basin, but these risks can be managed. This is our priority, and if we can offset some of the funding like we did with Tolmount, then it's a no brainer.

The biggest risk (IMO) is RKH, and in view of the carry's and the loan that's been agreed with them, I'd quite like to see us taking them over completely... for a lot less.! ..(at say a 50% premium to their current price).

be interesting to know the consensus of the likelihood of it going ahead between us all - the broker covering RKH put it up from 50% TO 70% recently from memory

Sea Lion is a no brainer at $70-80 oil

It would be nice to think that this new board would actually be a forum for discussing Premier Oil

Every extra $1 reduces debt buy about $25m over the year. This should finally get a re-rating over the next few months. The Dons idea of sanction on Iran and then ask the Ruskies to up there output seems to have fallen of deaf ears.Putin must be rubbing his hands together. An opportunity to put presure on the Americans without even trying

I am currently reading/researching seriously about PMO, spent yesterday morning almost fully focused on news/presentations and reading various sites, I have over 6 figures in these and am technically overweight (physically too a bit!), I am working on whether to topslice and if so when but thus far everything says hold on as these are just getting better day on day. Some of my figures I am generating are exciting to say the least but I will post my thoughts and assumptions for all to review and comment (and probably put me right too in places).

Unlike many on here I am a fan of sealion and think it will be transformational for PMO, the NFB is awash with the blackstuff and if they do sanction Sealion I think that Premier will do very well out of it indeed - lets make a predication.... if Sealion gets the green light and POO behaves I see PMO at £10 in 5 yrs and have much much larger reserves in the FI booked than they have today!

The way Brent is going this could be pushing £1.50 by the end of the week. There just doesn't seem to be any reason for the price of oil stall on it's way to $90. No doubt something will throw a spanner in the works, but at the moment it's looking very good.
